Update finally ends touch issues on dual-SIM Lumia 535 Comments

I m also faceing the touch problem..After the latest update touch problem still remains while the phone is charging..And another new problem i have found that i m unable to install any other languages ( ex.. uk , us )..When i hit the install button its restarting but not getting installed..And then it shows **|| It may b a temporary problem.Phone update will fix it ||**...Can u guys help me to fix it??

I purcha... moreu have problem on ghost operating this is because u may keep on your phone on while charging so please lock ur phone while charging and its natural that smartphone heat up because of our palm heat

The issue is not yet fixed the firmware update as well as the OS update are on latest one but of no use still the issue is the same
OS: 14234 (8.10.14234.375)
Firmware: 15053 (02063.00000.15114.43004)
Kindly assist .

this is incredible but fact. i was just wondering i got dual sims lumia 535 but it was quite unfortunate that, it only a single sim airtel that the phone can work with. i have done hard reset and it was working with the second sim but not up to two hours it stop working. i have tried all possible strategies you could it of like; Changing of the sim, trying anoda sim, different thing you could it of. i have taken it to their office but the problem persist. what is actually happen with this lumi 535 Microsoft phone. i am tired any solution plsssssssssssss

Hi. Can anyone help me regarding my lumia 535. Yesterday it works fine, I've charged it and play games on my phone. Then suddenly after I went back home I was about to check messages then no lights are appearing. I thought it's just in a low battery. But when I try to turn it on, still no lights appearing. So I removed the battery even my sim then placed it back and have it turned on but still I was experiencing the same thing. So can anyone there help me with this issue? My phone is just 3months old and I now I cant use it. So upset about it.

I agree ! Whatever fixes Microsoft has claimed to have solved the issues, are untrue. I purchased 535 2 months back and have the latest OS and firmware updated. There is ghost operation(without touching the screen), heating of phone and not recognizing the touch.
I'm located out of India. An email to Nokia care /microsoft remained unanswered

My Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual SIM that i bought just 2weeks later became like an automated machine, the touch could operate by itself as if it was a ghost operating it..Touch can freeze at times on the lock screen and makes it cumbersome sliding up to unlock screen and accessing start screen.During typing the keyboard could disable and begin typing automatically whiles i have my fingers off the screen.Different characters are typed as an output of another character touched or entered.Sometimes pressing backspace to erase letters automatically typed by the keyboard could result in typing letter 'A' or other characters....CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP...FEEL HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND SURPRISED MICROSOFT COULD MAKE A PHONE OF THAT SORT.....

buy an OXO Screen Protector. And that is all. Fixed! But Microsoft says that with its updates solves the problem. It's not true. It's a phisical problem of the thouch, not software problem. So resolve it with a phisical solution - better screen or apply a screen protector that dimishes the sensitivity.
