Tried updating unlocked LG G3 (UK) using PC Suite on my Macbook with no success however downloaded the LG PC Suite on to a windows laptop and it upgraded the phone to Marshmallow 6.0 straight away.

if you read messages from last few pages you will see users do not get it on mac but do get it on pc.
So try pc

AnonD-521283, 06 Apr 2016Ok this is getting silly now, seeing loads of people in UK saying they've had the update now. ... moreSo as far as I can see, network free phones seem to get direct access to the update, but as you are on 3 (same as me) we need to wait to get this from them, I've spoken to 3 support in the UK and they have advised they haven't received any files from LG, and LG have said they cannot confirm either way!
