You need to use itunes to craete folders. As for multi-tasking, double click the home screen to activate it.

Downloaded the ios4 on Iphone 3GS at 5:00am AEST. Overall process took less than 20mins with ADSL. Working flawlessly.

iBooks is available as a free download for iPhone. I got mine

Absolutely no problems whatsoever so far. The folders option is okay, but I prefer swiping to the page that an app is on.
The camera gps works, the multitasking is seamless, and the OS itself is Fast fast fast!
No ibooks for the iphone though. It looks like that is earmarked for the ipad.
