ian beil, 21 Jun 2010y dont u all just buy the new iphone instead on mooching off of apple and downloading the new ... morehahaha thats a joke if apple cannot update the existing phones. if it is not compatible then its understood but when it is compatible then apple is at fault. when buying the existing iphones customers are promised to be given updates absolutely free and thats the part of the contract and if apple cant honour it then i belive the sales of goods act can be applied against apple corp and every customer can get handsome money from it. y would i still wanna shell out rediculous money for the new iphone 4 when i can get most of them features on my existing 3gs
