Herodroid, 28 Apr 2016nope, if clocks will be different then it means it is sd 823 as said some time ago (later this... moreStop guessing. It is sd820. Nothing different. 1.59 ghz is clock speed lesser clocked cores. And ur guess is more stupid than 815, because you are thinking it is some underclock version, so model no should be less.
AAnd also, the scores are ever so slightly less, that is because the Android n is far from final. A 1.6 ghz sd820 will score much less, even with polished software.
Pawel, 28 Apr 2016If you look close benchmark result you will see is underclook 1,5~yes you are absolutely right, then i must say it is a very good score because cpu will not throttle at this level and also heating will be very less
AnonD-268646, 29 Apr 2016My 3rd generation Core-i3 @ 2.5GHz outperformed my friend's 3rd generation Core-i5 @ 1.8GHz an... moreWell that actually depends on if your processors cache was greater than the i5 and in theory if the i7 was a U model instead of an HQ or QM, the i3 and i7 will have similar performance, since they'd both have HyperThreading technology.
I have an i5 6300HQ that out performs some i7's that have the U status because my HQ has 4 physical cores and a relatively high cache capacity.
There's a lot of factors that could contribute to your computer's performance.
AnonD-463876, 29 Apr 2016This is very confusing, is Huawei or HTC manufacturing the next iteration, or is Google releas... moreOr Huawei Nexus and HTC Pixel Phone? :P
dladz, 29 Apr 2016That means nothing at all. Would you assume that a 4Ghz q6600 would beat an i7 running at 2... moreMy 3rd generation Core-i3 @ 2.5GHz outperformed my friend's 3rd generation Core-i5 @ 1.8GHz and another friend's 2nd generation Core-i7 @ 1.7GHz. This is by comparing day to day usage and application task testing. Surprisingly I could play GTA 5 and The Sims 4 on normal and high settings respectively with no significant lagg. Compared to the i7 that lagg same as my GTA 5 settings and the i5 went down with lagg on The Sims 4 even on medium settings. It all depends on the OEM. Same goes with MT3752/MT3752M @ 1.7GHz/1.5GHz with Mali-T760 outperformed SD616/SD617 @ 1.7GHz/1.5GHz with Adreno 405. A SD650 and SD652 equipped with A72+A53 will probably (because not tested yet) be better performed than a SD808 and SD810 which has A57+A53. So it's not possible that a 1.6GHz SD8xx is slower than a 1.8GHz SD6xx, again depends on OEM structure built quality and performance to cope with the software.
The Nexus 6P 2015 edition.
Indian market is dumped with substandard units. Most of the phone available on the online retail stores have some hardware issues (mainly display). The amoled panel for the Huawei Nexus 6P has been reportedly supplied by Samsung. It's a quad HD display with 518 ppi. The company says it has a warm (slight yellowish hue). fine that's okay. But many of them have pinkish hue on the corners or at the middle of the screen like a patch. Its not uniformly white as it should be.
To check open google chrome browser home page. and closely observe the white background. It is more visible on 60-70% brightness levels. and even on slight greyish backgrounds of apps like whatsapp.
The phone has such a nice camera, probably the best so far and is super smooth for day to day use. But I finally gave up the hope after three successive replacements.
# Nexus 6P India quality check.
This is very confusing, is Huawei or HTC manufacturing the next iteration, or is Google releasing not one but two Nexus flagships this year?
Anonymous, 29 Apr 2016If it's an update to the Huawei phone, I hope they fixed all the weird call quality/microphone... morethis year qualcomm sell 820.
I hope this is a mid-cycle refresh for Huawei Nexus 6P, which still is a remarkable phone Please don't forget the Nexus 6P uses the S810 V 2.1 which fixed most of the heat isssue, and has one of the best low-light camera. I dont mind if the bench marked device is under-clocked, it still got competing score and this will be at least 70% faster based on the score( and dont forget the stock android on the last years nexus was the best android experience, imagine the 70% increase over that!!!!!)
release this late. take your sweet time and add more features to the nexus lineup.
AnonD-517906, 29 Apr 2016The clockspeed is only at 1.6Ghz tho...That means nothing at all.
Would you assume that a 4Ghz q6600 would beat an i7 running at 2Ghz?
If the answer is yes then you need to learn a little more.
Please Google, only a hardware manufacturer should make a Nexus for better price versus performance ratio. So, it is either LG or better, Samsung should make a Nexus this year.
The clockspeed is only at 1.6Ghz tho...
microsd slot anyone?
Interesting prospects to say the least. I hope they keep battery capacity same. Its endurance ratings will go up to 120h+ on SD820. Two days of full use. I already feel like I made a mistake buying SD808 powered Moto X pure. There's nothing wrong with it but the endurance is paltry 62h-63h, translating into a single day of full use. Mi 5 would have been much better. Nexus 6P with SD820 would have been perfect.
guys! it's android anyone can change device name easily especially in mi5. Android has an endless possibilities for faking.
Why is the MultiCore score so less??
Anonymous, 29 Apr 2016I lov nexus phones but their product names - worse than apple (and thats saying something cuz ... moreNaming by Android version is not a good idea. As it would be weird if lets say the Nexus N1 get an upgrade of future Android O and Android P or even until Android Q, then it wouldn't be practical enough to name a device based on the Android version. Probably should named based on the OEM's flagship for example, Samsung Nexus Galaxy, HTC Nexus One, Huawei Nexus Honor/Ascend, Lenovo Nexus Vibe or even Motorola Nexus Moto.
probably thats's not true.... some1 make this fake antutu score result :")
