If itz a 720p(1280 x 720) SUPER AMOLED display @ 4.5 inch then expect Retina Display on Nexus Prime ( the ppi will be around 326). Awesome :D was waiting for a Retina Display Android :) should be a quad core.
Hard to digest that the processor is TI OMAP and display is SUPER AMOLED.

Please , please not a big phone again. Make it 4inch or even 3.7inch.
And I would like a metal made device , not plastic.

There will be a big surprise, There's 3 nexus phones coming this year.

          One from LG,HTC and Samsung.

Nexus Prime, Nexus HD and one is still mystery. Could be Nexus S II or Nexus 3.

See the recently leaked picture of the rumored nexus, definitely n0t a super amoled variant. Try turning of a Galaxy S or S2. See how black the screen is. The leaked picture is DEFINITELY an LCD.

Only if Nokia would produce the Next Google Phone. I wouldn't buy it but it sure would get a lot of attention. :)

AEA, 28 Jun 2011Isn't 4.5in a little too big.HTC Sensation has 4.3 inch but the 16:9 aspect ratio makes it slightly smaller and fit the hands better then other phones of same screen size. I assume the same ratio applied on a 4.5 inch would not make the phone bigger than a typical 4.3 inch-screen. Plus ICS is rumoured to ditch the face buttons in favour of on-screen controls, which translates to more space savings.

Um Samsung have been selling their panel's to other manufacturers for a while so that screen in use being AMOLED HD certainly doesn't rule out HTC or LG from being the handset manufacturer.

Well I'm not totally thrilled with the next Nexus being another Samsung device. The current one is just a modified GalaxyS essentially. However, That name "Nexus Prime" sounds like 100 different shades of awesome!

Uff. I don't like Samsung. All their phones are made with bad plastics. I really hope the next Nexus phone will be manufactured by HTC. Actually HTC is one of the few manufacturers that can assemble quality phones.

Suraj, 28 Jun 2011If it has 720p screen, then should be around 4.5inch. Even on a 4.5 inch display 720p is difficult for amoled screen.amoled technology is not that advanced yet.
But still the phone will be great.

Having a 720p Resolution on a 4.3" screen will beat the iPhone 4's Retina Display. I'm quite sure that Google Nexus Prime will stand ahead of the upcoming iPhone 5. Apple, You days are over!!
