One thing i don't know: why Sony Ericsson stopped making their own weird 3,5mm jack? It's fully compatible with normal 3,5mm headphones...
And at a first look, the microSD slot seems to be covered by battery, so, no hotswap...

I think it should have DualCore because SE doesn't make good software and the Snapdragon doesn't really help

You guys have no idea what are you talking about. If you look at the pictures, it says prototype, which means it's not the final product. The quality of the materials could change.

It's very similar to Samsung S8500, especially size and screen size are almost the same. S8500 has a super amoled screen and a better gpu but this phone has probably a bit better camera. This phone is new though, hopefully pricing will be similar.

October 2011 is the 10th year anniversary of Sony and Ericsson venture. And on its 10th year Sony decided to rebrand the sony ericsson with their own trademark the Sony XPERIA. both companies venture will end on their anniversary but ericsson will now focus on modem and router marketing while sony will continue the phone market alone. We could expect the announcement of sony xperia by november this year.

ARC,PRO,NEO,PLAY,MINI,RAY,MINI PRO and ACTIVE WILL STILL GET CONTINUOUS SUPPORT UNTIL 5 FUTURE UPGRADES OF ANDROID OS.(SO I THNK ITS BONUS FROM GB 2.3 UP TO 5 FUTURE UPGRADES) WELL IN THAT CASE WE STILL GET SUPPORT FROM SONY'S SPECIAL DEPARTMENT FOR SE XPERIA SERIES. SO SONY WILL NOT ABANDONED THE SE XPERIA UNTIL 5 FUTURE ANDROID UPGRADES.
