Oh wait there are some UI like notifications, search bar etc. that are not changed by themes. I speak of dark mode like on 1+, that if you have dark mode all UI is dark...

There is this magical place called the theme store where you can find all and pure black themes so why would they bother ?

(maybe even earlier) Just go to the theme store and install a free pure black theme! Done. There's hundreds of pure black themes to choose from. I mean, what's the use of having Samsung's Theme Store if you don't want to theme your phone to your liking?
