FromChinaWithLove, 31 Mar 2018if I remember correctly and not mistaken is that HuaWei's CEO or something is a Chinese commun... moreTo much something for nothing. So evil bad communists should ban; Apple, Qualcomm, Broadcom, Foxconn, Intel from their country because unlike Sam is behind them? Their is no imaginary red buttons any more, all that China needs to finish of US is to nicely ask them to give them back the money they own them. A fun part is the elite minority which owns 98% of all capital don't give a s*** about US or China or anyone else for that matter, they only concern is keeping the things in exact the same order as it is now so that they are in control. You think Russia could have hacked presidential elections in US without approval from those elite? You think Trump isn't a member of them? Well think again. For those people Trump & US are pown's they own & are willing to sacrifice while Russia only served the role of a useful fool. Only existent matrix is their own.

AnonD-748351, 31 Mar 2018So when US companies spy over people with Facebook, Google, Apple and other overpriced gadgets... moreI stand with you, Huawei/ Honor has a great selection of phones that fits all price points. Even if the kirin 970 is "outdated", Honor (sub-brand) phones still has the same SOC as flagship Huawei's.

So when US companies spy over people with Facebook, Google, Apple and other overpriced gadgets, its perfectly fine?

Huawei's been making good phones, and much better price than Apple or Samsung. I back them to be world number one with or without US entry.

AnonD-152877, 31 Mar 2018"Who needs US anyway....." Says the guy that's using American products everyday.Well, in my everyday use, the only thing I can think of are products from Google and Microsoft. Otherwise, from food, phone, car, to other things, they are either European or Asian. So really, the Earth is not all about the US. There are a lot of other developed countries around the world as well. The US has contributed to the world, that's for sure, but so did other countries. And if your government is trying to pull themselves out of globalism, then the result will be clearly negative mainly for the US, as the other countries are already moving on on their own.

US doesn't want Huawei phones because:
                            1. US doesn't like competition. Like it or not Huawei is becoming the biggest telecom company in the world, providing telecommunications technologies to many countries. Thanks to the Clown er I mean President of the USA. Samsung is pretty much a non-threat because Apple pretty much remains the biggest smartphone seller in the US.

                            2. US can't install spyware on Huawei phones (because Huawei likely won't allow it), unlike other brands. US accusing China of spyware or communist ties, when in fact US is the biggest violator of privacy as pretty much revealed by Wikileaks and Snowden with government agencies like the NSA and US companies like Facebook being the biggest violators. Plus, US is pretty much the biggest violator of human rights with countries that they have invaded being worse off than when they were left alone.
