Is Google winning here? Simple math... this company [JD.com] is worth $55B?
Its 2017 balance sheet reflects $11B in owners' equity. That's one heck of a premium. What for? [Chinese gov't tax? ;)]

JD tried to improve sales via weird sales (like 1+5 phone, AliExpress - 495$, JD - 560 after fake 40% sale), paid bloggers and ads everywhere. But people can compare and choose. All these fake exclusives on JD easily can be found in another places and cheaper. With warranty and good delivery.

No, really??? JD??? The most weirdest thing I've heard this year. JD is infamous for it's fake sales, cheap low quality goods and too aggressive sales pushing via tech sites and bloggers.
