they are working for us. that's why it takes some time. (15 days) its not a long time to wait. better ripe and delicious than early but sour with bugs!
Tizen Takeover, 31 Mar 2012Uh oh, here go the crybabies that can't wait 15 days for an update. Here they go with the &quo... moreLoL if you get that annoyed and stressed over what other think gez you need to read what I think. Cant understand why you would want to stick up for a company if we dont moan and winge they will only take even longer. It's our duty as consumers to push for the most of what we have paid for.
Anonymous, 31 Mar 2012NOBODY asked you to buy sony.many people these days are so impatient. Want it fast, when its bu... moreAnd whats that to do with Sony dragging there heals with theses updates? As a "customer" if I dont moan and bug just like all the other Sony customers we will be waiting as long as the x10 customers did for gingerbread. These massive company will do as little as possible if they can get away with it if Sony are to get better we have to push them. Dont tell me your one of the "o well thats ok" people? If you dont ask moan and haggle you will get ripped off. Stop working for these companies make them.work for you!
Here we go again. people who can't read. the sony mobile blog didnt say at any point that it is discouraging the update for ics on 2011 xperia series. it mainly explained the software differences and what needs to be addressed as per service and stability issues. people who cant read please dont bother to post.
ice, 31 Mar 2012hi guys read this from SONY from its developer blog http://developer.sonymobile.com/wp/2012... moreI'm taking this and the piece of Sony telling that GB being more stabler than ICS with a pinch of salt.Hope it's an early April fool joke.Even if it isn't,we wait for CM9 so it ain't that bad.
hi guys read this from SONY from its developer blog
looks like their discouraging the xperia users to update from gingerbread to ICS, ewww!
Uh oh, here go the crybabies that can't wait 15 days for an update. Here they go with the "I'll never buy Sony again" comments.
Seriously, some people really need to be drug into the street and punched in the face repeatedly for their whining, impatient, nagging and blatant bickering.
ICS is not recommended for Xperia 2011 lineup as written on 'Sony Xperia Blog Portal'. Sad to read that.. :-(
WTF !!!!! I'm using Live and you told me it will able to update at may ??!!
mid-april people! it's only a matter of days to wait. basically i personally think that its will all be for the better since it only shows how critical and responsible sony is when it comes to their brand and service. it will be a bug free update. this comment section is only made for sony users that are waiting. so done compare this to other manufacturers. we dont care. all brands are with bugs. its just a question of performance and stability, no doubt sony deals with it all.
i am so excited about the march launching of ICS.. then i read this news.. ahhhh.. fustratig.. anyway..
i still love SONY .. the best...
G0lu, 31 Mar 2012Does android 4.0 will bring gsm network video calling feature, I have se neo V .It most probably will
After owning both - Samsung and Sony Android phones I say that Sony's software (and update) quality is better. However unfortunately the whole process of updating an Android device is ridiculous because of regulations, that's why it's costly and time consuming for manufacturers and relatively fast and easy for amateur programmers. They don't have to get their revisions verified and certified. Unfortunately because of these silly regulations (people should voice their opinions against these) many of us will switch our phones before the next update comes.
does anyone know about ics for the xperia S then? cause i want it :P
take your time we want stable and non buggy os :)
happy neo v user :)
