Well if you wanna leak a pixel phone, show us the "Model and Hardware" section in "About Phone" menu where you can't simply change the name, unlike the "Device name" section where you can just type whatever you want as long as you have access to AOSP ROM

Honestly, it's probably fake. On my Pixel 4 XL, the name under about phone is just what you set your device name to. It looks like just an android phone running a custom rom. Probably a Samsung considering the cutout.
