The asymmetry of the camera layout makes me feel uncomfortable. S21 and S21+ are better looking.

iOS.Never.Again, 19 Dec 2020It's divided into two segments now.
Budget Flagships and High End Flagships.
Plenty... moreWell articulated. The choices are just superb now. And 2021 is going to make it even better. New SoCs and also new and refined cameras.
Good riddance to a bad engineered virus, that ruined 2020.
Looking forward to 2021.
Soooooo fookin’ ugly

Budget Flagships and High End Flagships.
Plenty of amazing 500$-600$ flagships are available.
Mi 10T Pro, Galaxy S20 FE, etc.
The tech inside has also evolved. That costs more.
Anyone remembers the days when a flagships where 500/600 bucks?
How we ended up with paying more than 1000 for a phone?
What I'm baffled here, why they removed the option of MicroSDXC card slot in their highest tier (S21 Ultra) and probably keeps it on the vanilla/Plus version S21, when the two latest Galaxy Notes Series (Note10 & Note20) was the complete opposite (the Plus/Ultra keeps it, the vanilla stripped out). And they have their own MicroSDXC on production, which again, contradicts what happens here. The same situation where Sony removed the headphone jack in 2018-2019 flagships when they have a great number of wired headphones and earphones around...
At least, the S21 Ultra design this time was far better, slick than the one we saw in S20 Ultra, which's not pleasing honestly...
Nick Tagataka, 19 Dec 2020Mi 10 Ultra doesn't have 2 periscope lenses nor a 10x periscope module to begin with.Mi 10 Ultra doesn't need 2 periscope lenses nor does it need a 10x periscope module to begin with. It is the best Zoom camera on the market without those.

You complain about mi 10 ultra Potrait lens not having OIS, yet don't criticize the Mate 40 Pro main lens for lacking OIS.
If Mate 40 Pro main sensor can click good images without OIS, why do you have a hard time accepting that Mi 10 ultra Potrait lens can?
I have a bias? LOL plz let me know for which company?
"Like the S21, the frame is metal and the back is glass (the vanilla S20 will have a plastic back)." : not sure what that means... Also, many reports suggest that both the s21+ and S21U will have glass backs...
Anonymous, 19 Dec 2020Haha Classic Nick, doesn't like criticism against Huawei.

And I was specifically talking about how Mi 10 Ultra's 2x telephoto lens is not as impressive as Android Authority was trying to make it look due to the lack of OIS and how he should not be judgemental about S21's 3x telephoto lens when the device hasn't even been announced yet, but somehow you decided to throw an "uHh uR oFFeNdED hUaWeI FaNbOIi!!" argument to me. Did I actually mention Huawei in my comment? Nope. Maybe worry about your own brand bias huh.
Look, I get that you hate me for some reason, but do make sure that you read the posting rules next time you write a comment - It says "No trolling", kiddo.
And FYI changing your username consecutively doesn't mean much since the ID will remain unchanged.
iOS.Never.Again, 19 Dec 2020If Xiaomi can do it on the MI 10 ultra, Why can't Samsung especially when it costs €1400?Mi 10 ultra cost half of the S20 ultra in some places.

Mi 10 ultra is the best camera of 2020. Period!!

Why don't you tell us why your beloved Huawei hasn't fixed night mode?
I didn't have people bugging me to import the Huawei Mate 40 Pro or the P40 pro when they were launched? But I sure had people bugging me to import them a Mi 10 ultra.

Sensor is already giving great results in low light.
Just look at sensor size, pixel size, traditional Samsung processing, etc. to get an idea.
I am not saying it will be bad, it's just that this wont give the best results out there especially in low light.
Android Authority, 19 Dec 2020The 2x lens is excellent unlike mediocre 3x zoom from Huawei or this. But Mi 10 Ultra's 2x tele lacks an OIS which evens things out a bit. And how would you know that S21's 3x zoom will be bad when you haven't even used it?
iOS.Never.Again, 19 Dec 2020Fast charging should be better.
Why can't they just give us 50W with dual cell solution?... moreYes it could have been better. That 45W is no better than 25W. Hardly a few percentage faster.
My Wife's Mi 10 Ultra charges to 40% in 5 minutes.
Never have to worry about low battery with super fast charging like this.
It lives upto the Ultra tag. Can't say the same about S21 Ultra though.
