I am currently using SGS-III (also have HTC Sensation & Lumia 800) and it is incidentally my 7th high end droid. Unfortunately none of the droids I've owned has been 'stable or able to provide satisfactory performance'. Crashes, hangups, reboots, sluggish performance, has been the issues I've faced with every droid. To top it off, SGS III suffers from two additional ills, its screen will turn it off even while idling on the table, and at times it is not able to find WiFi network at home/office, so I have to turn it on/off until it does.
On the contrary, Lumia 800 has been rock solid, no hiccups when it comes to performance, no stability issues, and the OS is much more 'natural' compared to Android (which feels like a cheap copy of iOS).
Personally from my experience, I can safely say that Lumia 800 easily matches SGS III (and even exceed it) in general performance. A perfect phone IMHO will be, SGS III running WP8, period.
Yoo hoo my next phones thanks Nokia... am using the L800 in Red at the Moment... great OS just loving it..
I am so in love with Scandinavian design...
I like the red version with rounded
edges :-)

AnonD-58527, 04 Sep 2012Like to thank Elop for his loyal support to Nokia for saying no to android. Leave that OS ... morei dont get it if windows is so great and android is bad according to you why cant windows increase its market share.its less than bada.it proves you are just another troll and an idiot.
best selling device for 2012-2013
Welcome back curved screen glass, seamlessly flowing in the rounded side edges. Feels much better than a flat screen.
If need to buy i think only 5% consumer will spend money to buy it.come with the box will be a big selling point for NOKIA.

iSJ5, 04 Sep 2012lagdroid vs. windowns!WP is so Flat and Boring
only problem is windows phone, i just tried 7.5 for a week and it just sucks compared to android
This whole Windows 8 business has got me slightly torn between Android and WP8. It's about time i bought a (new) tablet and my phone is getting a bit old too.
Now a few days ago I was sure that the Galaxy Note 10.1 was the thing for me (the pen is a must..sketching, drawing, note taking etc..), but having seen the new Samsung Ativ Tabs/SmartPCs (who also have the "S-pen") I'm starting to doubt my choice.
Even worse, I'm kinda stuck not knowing what to buy now because, currently, Android is simply better than WP, but this kernel sharing between Windows 8, Windows RT and WP8 devices basically means that WP8 devices will stop having apps and start having real computer programs; anything you have on your PC can now easily be ported to a WP device and that is (potentially) just HUGE so once again: Torn between Android and WP :(
Also Android/WP people don't hate on eachother; leave the hate for the apple fans :)
