iQOO Android vivo Rumors

According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the upcoming iQOO Z12 Turbo will have a 6.59-inch "ultra-high refresh rate" screen, and will be powered by the upcoming chipset that will either be called Snapdragon 8 Gen 6 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Pro.

This device is very likely to be rebranded as the iQOO 16R outside of China, if we go by what happened the last time around when the Z11 Turbo ended up being sold in other markets as the iQOO 15R.

The successor to these will thus be keeping the same screen size, if this rumor pans out, but will amp up the refresh rate to at least 165Hz (from 144Hz). iQOO is allegedly also evaluating whether to fit the Z12 Turbo / 16R with an active cooling fan. We'll let you know when we find out more.
