switch off your mobile..
press 'call' 'end' & 'camera' key together..
try to switch on your mobile without leaving those keys..
your mobile will format(only phone memory) itself..

AnonD-1163, 09 Jul 2011Finally new software update is available for Nokia 5233.... Grt Feature comes with this updat... morethis softare update is not available using fota ie update over the air.. Use of pc is compulsory. I dont have time for that.

don't go with it. i have this phone and in just 16 months it has felled working, when i submitted it in Nokia care after 7 days (when me myself called them in affair of my mobile) i got answer,'it will not be operate.PURCHASE A NEW ONE.' my 7000 rs are now i vain. instead this go with star it is too good. as my friends are using tyhat since last 2-3 years without any prob. but it will more good to go with samsung star 3g.

asper my market info there is new updation on nokia 5233 3G pdated call now in market but that info not avel at gsm arena portal so chcek i want that info on it so plz do needfull asap

Its an awesome handset. It gives u opprtnty to open multiple browser , faster download, os symbian. There is no any brand whch can produce such handsome set at such a low price if any let me knw, if no, stop complaning!

But something that i learnt from my experience with chinese headsets is that th... morephilips she???????? in kashmir it cost 8800rs. i confirmed from a shop. and i got 5233 for 11500 only .....................however i checked them at shop.no one can compare that sound quality. you are right.
