my present software v is 14.78......bt every nokia asha 302 v is 14.92.......so, do the nokia care give me the low version !!!!!???????? When i go to software update option then ,it shows me that there is no new version is available .... Bt 15.09 is a new version for nokia asha 302....so, why it is not shown in my phone??????

NA 302 need to upgrade the version above 15.09 .Add " on/off data connection" menu like Android phones. Whatsapp always connected because there is net connectivity "always online and when needed" only.

shaun, 12 Jul 2013i also have that problem of my email,but about the firmwar yhey told us not to update our mobi... moreIn flashing phone, latest firmware not always necessary. You can reflashing your phone with same current version.
And downgrade not recommend, because it can brick your phone aka dead phone.

Hi,
I am a Asha 302 user who unfortunately updated firmware to 15.09 from 14.92. After up gradation found the following issues/bugs.
1. Inbuilt chat program is not working.
2. Inbuilt e-mail program is not working.
3. Inbuilt Social N/W program is not working.
4. No flash content support.
Now my phone is like same as of old S-40 platform.
Now i'm accessing mails and facebook updates through Opera mini browser and third party Facebook application.
Don't know whether i can roll-back to previous firmware version.
This is not for good, Team Nokia.

When i click on the email icon, it do... morei also have that problem of my email,but about the firmwar yhey told us not to update our mobiles to v15 they said we must stick to v14....down grading is the only solution for you

to nokia asha 302 users, if you switch in to 3g mode does your phone indicates that h for 3g connection without you connecting to internet to indicate its self that its on 3g if it, does for how long is it stay in the connection

alaa, 10 Jul 2013hi i wanna know about the sound of this device .. i kind a need a mobile with a pure high so... moredon't worry, this phone have loud sound. To get it, set fullbar volume on music player too beside ringtone settings.

klaus, 09 Jul 2013Can someone tell me how to lock photos and music or maybe all memory cardOn s40 java phone, we can only hide file and folder only. Use file manager to hide it, such as Blue FTP here http://exodia-necross.mywapblog.com/files/blueftp.zip
and in this apps options, you can give it a password to run it.
To use this Blue ftp for first time, set your phone year to 2009. It's to prevent certificate error. After that set back to current year.
