Apart from 1gb ram it also has wifi hotspot which l520 does not have.gr8 nokia.

You buy an 18k phone you get 512mb ram.... you buy a 10k phone you get 1gb ram.... :D come on Nokia what are you doing??? They could've done it with 625..... I would have definitely bought 625 then.... but 512 disappointed me!!! Why are you confusing customers? ?

It is just the processor of 1ghz thats makes it diffent from Lumia 520.

1GB RAM could supported many heavy games on lumia 525, which is not possible with 512GB RAM version eg: Texas holdem poker, etc. etc......
