OnePlus Android

OnePlus is expected to bring a successor to its Nord smartphone later this year, and it should arrive before Q4 2021. Rumors suggested a Dimensity 1200 chipset, and now the phone was benchmarked with this exact Mediatek platform.

The scorecard confirms the upcoming phone will have 8GB RAM in at least one of its versions, which is also what the original Nord has.

The listing also confirms the phone runs Android 11, but that's about all we can take away from it.

An other fact : when devices with Mediatek's are officially released in western countries, nearly all OEM release code source. Indian devs are able to build ROM ans custom kernel with it. Sources are no longer an excuse yet.
