Realme launched a new faster version of its V11 smartphone in China. It is called Realme V11s 5G and brings Dimensity 810 chipset and up to 6GB RAM, which can be expanded to 11GB thanks to the DRE technology.
The main change is the upgraded Mediatek chipset and the addition of DRE - Dynamic RAM Expansion, which allows internal storage to act as a temporary RAM dump in order to allow the phone to keep more apps open at the same time.
This technology allows the 4GB variant to act as if it has 5GB, while the 6GB version apparently can reach 11GB.
The Realme V11s 5G has 128GB storage and is already up for sale in Violet or Black colors. It costs CNY1,399 ($215/€185) and can be purchased from Realme China’s website, as well as other major online retailers.

My Realme phone has 8GB of RAM, but never gets close to that because it aggressively closes background tasks to save battery.
