Hmm htc one, put a plastic case over it? or get scuffs and scratches.. S4 the new plastic scuffs and scratches less and if it ever does break for some reason samsung sells the black and white cases.
Also htc is a bigger phone with less screen, LOL

The people posting that the htc one ultrapixel camera is better are the ones that already ordered the inferior phone and are trying to prove by looking at pics and videos against other phones and the s4 using beta firmware, sucks for you guys, but as long as you like the look of the phone it's all that matters right?
But I like specs, so S4 wins hands down.

I find Samsung to be cheap plastic !!
No mantter 1 2 3 4 .. Still the same device.
No Difference in note 2 and S4 ..
The one's 64 GB of internal storage is the best. Cause its non removable.
Because I store lot of video and personal data in ma Galaxy S 1 on ma Mem card. even though I encrypt it there are decrypts in market whihc will by pass the security. So there is a good way I can loose or someone will store ma data.
Samsung has lot of security flaws and there UI is buggy..
Though they say smart I and sensor based operations can be interesting for some times but after 2 months of use u will switch it off to save the juice ..

How awesome it take night pic and still they are updating the camera for the day light pic..
and boom sound duel speakers with two audio is gonna blow ma mind.
I hang out with ma data cable I keep ma phone charged all the tym from my laptop so no problem with backup battery.
I am just waiting for the HTC one to lauch in india.. I will buy it at any cost .. Cause its the sexiest device on PLANET EARTH :)

I love what the sgs4 has to offer! Not big on build or better speakers. Im looking for bigger faster and better looking. Thats why samsung is clearly the favorite here. The htc one is a nice phone though no hard feelings.

HTC One battery will only become older and weaker without any possibility to be replaced!

HTC One will probably make many iPhone 5 users, that like design but is bored with iOS, become Android users by buying their first Android phone, HTC One, and that is good for all Android users!
For me the FM-radio is very important, so for me no FM-radio = no buy!
Why is the cheap and actually rather weak "beer can" aluminium perceived as more "premium" than advanced polycarbonate?

I agree about the design but the gs4 doesn't look too bad.
I would prefer the boosted colors of the AMOLED though. If you don't like it then the phone lets you turn it down. Also pixel density doesn't matter as long as it's 400ppi+. True LCD has brighter whites than AMOLED but AMOLED has darker blacks.
It's also cheap to increase memory by using a microSD, which the HTC one doesn't have,
