Anonymous, 24 Jun 2020This phone cannot connect to the 5GHz Wifi band, only 2.4GHZ. It's unacceptable in these days...Mine connects to 5GHz just fine... But I keep hanging up on calls with this phone by my face accidentally hitting the hang up button. I'm used to my old s7 where I can clearly see the proximity sensor...where is it on this phone? I keep tape over the front facing cam but just big enough to cover the lens. I tried a call without the tape and it still does it. Even when I back out of the call screen and lock my phone. Annoying!

helllo, 23 Jun 2020last year i bought this phone works perfectly everything is nice but the only issue is im faci... moreI'm not sure how to fix this problem, but I have set up my A20 so that I never have to press the power button. I did this because buttons are a common failure point on phones. My phone is now set up for double tap the screen to wake, and tap aa dedicated power icon on the screen to send the phone back to sleep.

last year i bought this phone works perfectly everything is nice but the only issue is im facing from last 4,5 months is screen flashing , when i press my power button my screen went white but won't on then 2nd press screen went red but won't turn on then pn 3rd press screen finally on.
i also talk to costumer care centre they took my phone and return back said something PBA issue idk whats that but after 3,4 days and phone doing the same thing all over again.
did everything force restart ,factory restore , each and everything but nothing worked. :(
if anyone knows and have solution pls help me out i don't want to ruined my power button bc i love my phone and this whole Corona situation is a nightmare :(( help 🙏🙏
