I am buying samsung phone since long time this was a worst one ever. My phone stopped working in 1 and 1/2 year, and repair cost is around 10k.
Since the time I have purchased this phone not happy very bad experiences I will never recommend any one to buy samsung phone.
Samsung's quality is no more same as it was in past, I recomend you to never buy samsung phone there are many other better brands in the market.

Using Samsung Galaxy A50 since April 2019.
After Android 11 update it became slower.
About two weeks back, or so, it developed a purple patch on the bottom right corner which has now expanded to cover almost 60% of the screen. Any solutions to fix this cheaply?

(I find the A50 camera harder to operate than other Samsung Mobile Phone and now I alsoi have the problem of the phone being frozen./ Whatever I do, I can't make it operate again.

Could someone help me? i have a Sumsung A50 since 2019. today june 23rd 2021, it shutdown and failed to charge. i plug it to charger but it is not charging.
Nb:the charger is tested ok.

Anonymous, 07 Jun 2021Agree with u .... samsung not bad....Difference in battery life btn android 10 & 11 to me has been negligible. The deep sleep app feature, coupled with settings like power saving mode(medium), samsung's custom vpn which helps monitor background app activity optimizes battery performance. For me battery performance has been better on Android 11

I have had the a50 since April 2019 and thus far no complaints. It is value for money, ticking the boxes of what a budget mid ranger should be like. 2yrs on, still a good performer for day to day tasks and average gaming. Just sad that Android 11 is its final major OS update.

I've been using the phone since Sept 2019. Here is what I've realized;
1. If you but a small hatchback car, don't expect it to get you through a muddy forest like a 4x4. Every phone has a purpose for it's price. Before complaining too much, get the most expensive Samsung galaxy S21 Ultra, then complain.
2. For basic tasks, it excels. It just works and lags are minimal, for light usage. Just don't expect to install "all" the apps on the play store and expect it give you good battery life and performance.
3. Using Android 9 and 10 was good (One UI 1-2.5). Battery life, even now lasts me even 1 & ½ days. After updating to Android 11 (One UI 3) the battery couldn't even last half a day. I recommend that anyone who upgrades to Android 11 should reset their devices as this will make it more smooth and get better battery life.
4. You get what you pay for.

Been using this phone since 2019 november and i cant charge this with any other charger else it gets broken and repair costs around 1/4 of the phone price

Hi All, I have purchased this mobile in the year 2019, July. It is working pretty fine till date and yes I also faced few issues in this mobile
1. It suddenly gets stuck nothing functions all we need to do is long press the Volume down and power buttons, it gets restared and works fine.
2. The finger print sensor from beginning this issue is not been resolved by Samsung, The Finger Print Sensor is not so accurate it takes some time to get unlocked.
3. After the Latest Andriod update 11. The camera sucks 25MegaPixel is waste in this segment and all the camera resolution is very bad after the latest andriod update
Pros of the Mobile
1. The Mobile is good for viewing UHD Videos and Movies.
2. Supports High Graphical Games like NFS, COD, Pubg, Wcc3 without lacking it gives the best graphic experience.
3. Battery, Yes This mobiles battery is good and lasts for atleast 1 1/2 Day even after heavy use.
Anyhow, now this mobile is discontinued. we can use this only for viewing some movies and UHD videos mostly used for normal purpose if you are a pro gammer or professional photographer then dont go for this mobile you can skip...
Now I would like to know Which mobile should I go for now I want to change my mobile So suggest me your experience with your using devices. I am from India.

This is my phone now, galaxy a50 and its good to used. Unfortunately the problem is the sensor fingerprint in the middle not functioning at all.

we bought 3 phones in 2019. all are vulnarable. display failure , battery failure charger repare, data cable repare. its not quality device
