when i tried to update my firmware it says on kies that it doesnt support any updates. im having issues with my games especially subway surfers. im very disturbed about this issue.

Hi,
I got this mobile a month ago, it has got cool features. except, it has got some netwroking issues.. and few trail version apps are installed.. u need to go to store to get full version. Few netwroking issues which will bother you the most, and bugs are not yet found

samsung galaxy grand is a nice fone but battery is not good. I hd buyed it last week n found battery is not good n they r telling that there is 8GB internal memory but there is only 4GB.I want to say to samsung company that b loyal what u r saying,dont cheat ur customer

Guys, I am not sure but I am having very bad experience with this phone. It hangs and goes blank screen when try to run any application. Sometimes it switch off automatically when put for charging. I did visit the shop from where I purchased and they tried to update the firmware but problem still persist.
I have been advised to take my phone to service center as this set might be faulty. Please let me know if any one is facing such issue....

Updates are available. They fixed issues regarding stability. Ex. I can now play subway surfers fixed with issues.

I Bought this handset. It has really cool features. It has come with Jellybean 4.1.2. Did anyone upgrade it to 4.2 jelly bean. Was there a difference in performance after u have upgraded??
