I was able to update my note 10.1 gt 8010 to JB 4.1.2 yesterday 24/2. UK OTA

you can update your note 10.1 to jelly bean for sure right now!try settings/software update......if no luck try kies over the pc....still no luck then download the official rom and flash using odin(google is your friend)
