my tablet keeps getting this black and white hazy lines the Engineer said to be due to the flex and he has to replace it. This has happened twice now. Please what could be responsible for tbis flex problem.

Anonymous, 24 Jul 2015My tablet has an upside down screen. Does anyone know how to rectify this anomaly? I think the (screen rotation) feature is the reason...... try to enable this feature (can be found in the top sliding menu)

I have bought it 1.5 months ago - it seems big problem with battery - I am trying to charge it and it takes more than 4 days and currently stands at 90%. Cannot seem to get to 100%, why? also, does it charge when it is off?

My tab normally had this high backlight making the screen look like negative picture. It comes and go but it's kind of very frequent nowadys. What is wrong with it. Please I need answers.

The device does support OTG. You can use USB sticks but not portable hard drives. The micro USB port does not generate enough power to run those. Don't know about Lollypop. The device is great overall but I found the same issue with mine that someone else had mentioned, the headphone jack doesn't snuggly fit into the port so sometimes you have to twist it to get sound to play in headphones. The battery takes like 4 1/2 hours to charge from 0 to 100 but then gives an awesome backup. I used even 3G for a couple of hours and it did not drain that fast. I thought the device would die soon after turning on 3G. You need to get whatsapp from their site by downloading the apk file n installing it. Works awesome since I called a friend through it and it sounded clear like a phone call. My friend said your voice is quite clear even though I had the tab sitting on my bed 2-3 feet away. I tried making phone calls as well and the other party could hear me just fine. Also tried tethering with 3G and got great speeds on the ipad so that function is great too.
Pros: battery backup, screen size (webpages load just right size for viewing), nice viewing angles, 3G, phone capability, whatsapp!!!, lightweight thin, great front n back cam for a tablet.
Cons: 0.75GB RAM occupied by Samsung Touchwiz, headphone jack loose, long recharge time, build quality rather delicate after using Ipad 2. The screen seems delicate so use it with care.
