i got the phone and i really liked it everything is working as expected and found a few surprise!!! this i s the phone of the year!!!! but can anyone tell me how to switch the gps on???

Is there smth for all the smses sent..like other keypad-ed phone?

interesting...if i were to compare n95 to omnia
+ for omnia:
better camera interface, faster camera, better settings, can switch shutter sound off. has mouse and touchscreen. lots of possible homescreens. accelerometer. touchscreen = bigger screen. does not hang (my N95 does hang regularly). highly configurable thanks to wm.
+ for n95
better battery life (with the latest firmware), faster interface (surprisingly). far superior speakers. 3.5 mm audio jet. better sunlight legibility. certainty of button presses. amazingly good key and number pads.
I think N95 benefitted from one year's worth of software optimisation so it runs better now and has better battery life.
Omnia vs iphone:
+ for iphone
SUPERB screen and response to touch and sunlight legibility. extremely easy to use. 3.5 mm audio jet. bigger screen. ease of use of app store.
+ for omnia
EVERYTHING ELSE especially the camera and the fact that it can multitask.
if i must just choose one phone, i guess it will be omnia. unless the number pad use is indespensible, in which case, n95 is the best option.

Can anybody tell me about the battery life in diferent conditions?
I mean hou much is used the phone(talk, camera, Wlan, etc) and how long it can stay in stand by in intense use conditions.

Yup, truly this Omnia is better! Hir in the Philipnes, some ownrs of the iphone 3G were complaining, lyk uncomfrtble touchscreen,no "wow" softwares,etc. as compared to omnia. Some regreted buying iphne 3G hir, opting for Omnia insted.

Dont purchase phone from Popular Electronics. This store sold the phone with brand new price but they send you an opened-box one. It did not have USB cable and I had to purchase the cable separately. I did send them an email to tell them about this but they ignored instead of sending the cable to me. It is so bad store that I've ever seen...

secondly, u said features of n95 and ONLY the touch screen of iphone....

im having problem in msn it keeps saying that i need to check my network or phone company for that while with the i phone i can open it with the same phone line for free..why..and does anyone know how i can download a software for weather that works for omnia..........
