I put my charger next to the bed and put my phone on charge whilst I sleep. Fo me the perfect battery would be one that lasted about 18 hours - then it would recharge happily every night. A battery that last two and a half days is really inconvenient - charging midday - THATS an issue. .

So yeah, I guess the only real problems I have with it now are the following:
(1) It doesn't come with Mac-compatible software.
(2) The volume.

well i am looking for a new phone, im 13 and i want a very stylish~goodlooking phone and i want one with loadz of realy good games, and not too expensive, but very relyable, probably a samsung, my mum and dad has this phone and its quite good but all the games are demos and i hate phones like that, does anyone have any reamendations..thanks????xxx

Do not buy this phone, it has a very very quiet volume on it, when speaking to somebody if you have the slightest background noise it is difficult/almost impossible to hear them.
My friend also has this phone and has complained of the same problem!
It has great features 5 mega pic camera etc but the whole point of a phone is to talk to someone!
It completely defeats the object!

When we will get a firmware for this phone, to fix the "volume problem"?I hope someone out there,in the Samsung company,will do something to solve this major problem!In rest,the phone looks and works great:)

However, once it reached it capacity, it's automatically saved to phone memory. Check out the SIM icon on your messages, it means it was saved on your SIM...

The caller id image is really tiny. Is there any specific picture resolution / size which when attached to the contact can bring up a bit bigger caller image?

I just got this phone about five hours ago and I like it, in spite of the fact that the volume isn't particularly strong (at least not compared to my old U600 -- you could hear that from inside a packed shoulder bag).
My only issue with it now is that all text messages I receive are saved to my SIM card by default -- I want them to be saved straight into my phone, but I have not been able to find anything on the menus that allow me to change that setting. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thank you.

Try to create you own theme folks...and it will definitely ROCK your world men!...no one can match this costumization...I Love It...KUDOS to Samsung Soul!

Never mind. This is how you change your MESSAGE ALERT TONE if anyone needs it.
Click Menu, Settings, Phone profiles Options, Edit Scroll right to the envelope icon Message Alert Tone - change - use my alert tone
from here you can assign any of your own sounds/mp3s

Hi. I bought the u900 and I've been having trouble with changing message alert tones. Now I have been to many pages and people are constantly saying you can change them but nobody seems to know how. Which folder/application/settings do you need to open for this? Also, I tried to set the phone up for the shoZu mobile blog thing and it constantly tells me 'network unavailable' no matter which connection settings I use.
