I'm waiting for it, Global vers... moreGot the OTA 3 days ago, but I installed yesterday bcoz I had no time. So, can't give you any information after only 1 day of using though.
I suggest you to do factory reset if it's possible, after you install any OTA which brings a new android version.

Yes, you should update to MIUI 13 Android 12 when released, am on 12.5.7 with debloated MIUI ROM, no memory extension and getting +9 hrs SOT, no hangs/ freezes etc.

Does memory extension feature causes hang? I'll experience hang/crashes in my phone app (especially youtube) when i update to 12.5.5 with memory extension. Also, do you recommend to update the software to miui 13? Thanks

Have a RN9 Pro global joyese for the last 2 yrs on MIUI 12 Android 11 stable ATM.
Replaced it's battery, none issues.
Was thinking about a upgrade, faster processing better CPU GPU UFS.
Would you experts recommend RN11 or 12S Ultra?
Not into gaming or photography....am a med doc.

Thinking about a upgrade for faster processing, better CPU, GPU, UFS...

I bought Redmi 9T..very sorry to say its a very pathetic phone....it has a big issue of a black screen... One can google what actually a black screen meant for Redmi...secondly within one year its processor stop working... Highly non recommended phone

i bought this phone last year for 290 $ in Morocco and it works very smooth, the phone is great in term of everyday use, the only problem for me is the main camera when zooming its not good at all, but in pro mode it takes very good pictures at night, so it really worth it.
i am trying to get a newer phone from xiaomi but the 11 series are not Worth it because there are no advantages in internal memory

Davor, 12 Aug 2022Omg I can't wait to update my phone to Miui 13, please u guys should make the update Ready. It's really funny because the Redmi Note 9S which is a weaker version of this phone is now on MIUI13 on some regions and the even the more basic Redmi Note 9 has it in some regions for a month now while the Redmi Note 9 Pro/Pro Max still isn't released as Beta. I don't want them to rush it because of the potential bugs from Android 12 but it's kind of sad that we haven't heard anything concrete on when it's stable update is coming.

I prefer the earlier control center vs. the newer, cause the toggles are large and isn't as compact. My thoughts, many may disagree.

I ordered my redmi note 9 pro online basically at the Xiaomi store online, for about a month of using the unit it automatically blocked out my money waste at this unit it turn out that the motherboard is broken no more sign of power. and the specification of the unit was good but the quality itself was very unsatisfying. what a waste of money. the same issue as my friend's phone ordered the same unit also.

Redmi Note 9 Pro MIUI 13 update that you want to be released impatiently is ready. Build number of upcoming Redmi Note 9 Pro MIUI 13 update is V13.0.1.0.SJZMIXM. Update will be released at the end of August.

Why in storage, System is approx 15.5 GB and it's filesystem 6.15 GB....all earlier ROMs?🤔
But I like the phone, despite battery degraded by 7% at 93 now..does all that I require. Maybe might replace it.

Very satisfied with the phone,battery is great, performance is great!a bit heavy for holding in one hand.only issues had with newer miui updates from android 11 global,got screen cast issues,but reverted back to lastest android 10 release of rom(indonesian variant) and everything is perfect for now.Just have to notify there's touch - ghosttouch issue when charging only on wall charger.

The phone still works fine after 2 years of usage. I think the update makes the battery drain faster. But overall, still a good phone for its price. What phone do you recommend guys for gaming?
