This is a beast. Battery life is very long. And i've use this mobile for three years. Never faces any problem. Except the battery damages. I changed the battery and then this is like brand new. I don't have fear of losing it or stolen. coz it's a very low price mobile. So keep rooking with w200.( if you like camera, internet then its not for you).

May of my friends are worried about joy stick in sony ericsson. Just romove casing and then remove joystick. Put some WD-40 (a lubricant used in automobiles)in the base of joystick with the help of a needle. Its done and it will never cause any problem...

w200i is a best one, it was a superb phone music player, very though an has minimum problem, i has use nokia, samsung, siemens, but i cant say anything when i have this phone, its completely different from other, small, light, simple, and so perfect!! i love so much my sweet pink w200i :)

keypad is not good and no bluetooth but nice mobile small and simple walkman is very nice internet is very high speed thank you

In this portion of GSMarena, I have commented a lot of time about my W200i. Now I am Back again. In the passed age, I said my 200i Passed the limit of its Data counter and SMS counter set as 35000+ and still going well. Well, Now it seems some problem about the Joystick and the Fast port after 3.5 yeares of use. Already I am using 3 other phone (Nokia E71, LG GS108, Samsung S3310i)but never let go my W200i. I am using it only for music. I replaced the port and collected a few more for further use. and it works nice as a music player. Also it can be used as a phone but I just quit to use it.

its my story. A W200i kahani..hahaha.

Final comment : This phone is a total music based phone. Other features are not so high but the music is uncompromisable. W200i produce Better music than Ipod or Iphone I think.

the lowest n the cheapest but amazing. more than enough for daily needs. totally music but small memory that only 2gb.

I bought this phone 3 years ago and still going well.The battery is still good,i have not change the battery for the past 3 years.The walkman is good,good quality of sound and bass,nice hearset.This phone have fall down many times but still no problem with the fuction or the camera.This phone is just as new till now as i bought 3 years ago even its a AP version not a Zitron version.The best phone ever my sony ericsson.This will be more excelent if got a bluetooth function.

Sound quality is the best..and d browser ir quite good.,i installed opera mini and its workng good though connection always restarts...1 prblem is i can't update the version of this phone.

I had this phone for about 3 years, and in my experience this phone is rock in the music category. Sounds really I hooked it up with my desktop speaker and sound pretty amazing, the case is pretty frail though.

If you replace it's original display with K510's display (256k colors) it is a nice phone, but with original one, it looks pretty bad - ugly colors and image noise.

its an awesome phone......drop it many times or use it rough..it still works....but 1 drawback is-LACK OF BLUETOOTH.......

i have same phone. it is not working well. i repaired 3 times & changed battery 4 times . its maintenance is too much like hen of 25 paise & spices of 75 paise.
now it cant sold upto 500 also title dod also dont ask

Duh, good phone for its price, dnt expect more.
Most important is the walkman player very good, headset good, size good, lcd average enough, use it as a dedicated mp3 player w/ phone features.

overall, it's a nice walkman phone. the lowest grade one but more than enough for music. i owned it for over a half year, my 1st walkman, my 2nd SE phone, and there's no significant problems.
all we need from a walkman phone is total music, other fitures are additional and W200 is enough.
maybe the main problem is the memory capacity that only support 2GB, a small space for music storing... if you are a music freak and often download.
if the phone hangs when playing music, just restart it. it also happen after playing java games, playback failed. just restart it.
the W200 is strong enough. only the joystick sometime gets trouble but not too. just clean it with a small smooth brush.
but now i'm looking for another walkman with larger memory and more in music experiences. the options between Zylo, W395, or W890i. thinking about Naite or from S, C and K series, they were not build as walkman even they can play music.
