I think i am going to vomit to SONY ERICSSON design and features. Nothing new except on thier long list of features which not all can be used in out daily. Oh i see then, there has been an addition to thier feature on this phone, the FROST FREE feature. LOL.

don't know why SE came out with this phone. i mean the w800i does it all.. this phone is just the w800i minus a few functions and change the colour. Its rather sad.
and no it does not have autofocus (from what ive read)
we really don't need the w700i when w800i is better, and out on the market (price been going down a fair amount in the past couple months too).

if they will put a 128mb card it will be w600
PS. ERICSSON I have 2 memory card one 512 aand 256 if I switch the Mc I have w800 or ww 700 shame

What Rubbish !! Go for w800i instead of this piece of crap.SE is trying to fool us by producing such kinda handsets(w800,k750,w810).Just a minor changes in everything.Stupid people! Dont even know what the're doing.

they make it heavier than the W800...with 1 more colour than the W800...with a smaller mem card that comes with it...i reali dun c a difference btween this nd the W800...what is SE thinking?...

Are you guys for real? Who cares just how similar it is to another SE model, Its obviously a cheaper Walkman alternative to the W800.
Point, its not a new phone but a cheaper variant to an existing model.Its basically a W800 for the W600 price. Motorola has the razr V3 and V3i, differnce better camera and
and card slot. And low n behold its great now SE tries to make a great phone W800 cheaper and you guys complain.
Please comment about the phone not its similarties to a similar SE model.

Differnce beetwen W800i and W700i is that W700i supports Macromedia Flash Lite which W800i doesn't also supports MP3 and AAC format when transfering song to your phone( W800i supports only mp3 )other differences are that W700i is using Access NetFront Web Browser ( W800i WAP 1.2.1 and WAP 2.0 XHTML )memory is 34 MB but that also depend of the region.

The difference between this phone and the W800 is this phone DOES NOT have autofocus on the camera, and it comes with a 256MB card INSTEAD of a 512MB card, which is included with the W800.

Brilliant marketting idea from SE !
w800 is still one of the most competitive phones in the market; the thing is the name is getting old and is not considered a new phone anymore . now SE gets the most out of it when they re-launch the phone as a new phone so those who like the phone but not its date, would go for it :)
