Aerosheet, 06 Nov 2013I would recommend the Nexus 7 (2013), since it has faster processing and a lower price. Well if you are on a budget than yeah I'd get a nexus 7. However, the iPad mini 2 is a more premium product. Browsing on the internet is going to be a much better experience with the iPad mini 2 as well. Both devices have great displays as far as ppi goes. However, I dig the 7.9 inch screen over the 7 inch. You might as well get a large phone rather than a nexus 7. The iPad mini 2 is also going to be more responsive. As far as speed, they will be about the same. The 64 bit may seem impressive but the iPad mini 2 isn't optimized for that power. So it won't take advantage of the power that the A7 chip offers. It will still be a very very fast device. Of course one big factor is the operating system that you prefer. I prefer iOS 7. It's easy to use and has some cool features. At the end of the day, it's your choice.

tikibiird, 04 Nov 2013Nexus 7 (2013) or this iPad Mini 2I think iPad mini 2. Also me display, 64 bit chip, better build quality, better size in my opinion, and I love the simplicity of iOS
RODJ, 04 Nov 2013Hi everyone, my parents will buy me a tablet. But please will you help me suggest a good table... moreGet the nexus 7 2013 or the rumoured nexus 8 because on android you can actually do stuff that Apple doesn't approve of.
Hi everyone, my parents will buy me a tablet. But please will you help me suggest a good tablet that skype, instagram, document making and edit will work ? Please.
Those the ipad mini is the size of an A4 paper? Don't mind the paper thickness.
Nokia, Samsung, Sony and LG all have Eagle Eye Display compared to Retina Display In Ipad/Iphone.

LGG2, 30 Oct 2013Yes, since it has these bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, CDMA 800 / 1900That GSM only for Data package
Yes, since it has these bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, CDMA 800 / 1900
Dctalk, 30 Oct 2013Can you make calls on iPad 2 and iPad air??Since Ipad Mini2 have Quad Band GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, you can surely use it as a 2G(GSM Mobile) for call and text messaging.
tactictoe, 28 Oct 2013Clearly, nobody would want the Air, as same specs. Their are plenty of android 4:3 ratio devic... moreit depends on buyer's preference.. if you like android tabs of course you buy it, but i'm buying ipad for sure because i prefer it.
they are not the same in display size and battery power ... but I'm agree, it's better than iPad air
iPhone 5s 5.96 Whr @ 4 inch using A7
iPad Mini 2 23.8Whr @ 7.9 inch using A7
iPad Air 32.4Whr @ 9.7 inch using A7
Assume scaling screen size equals to battery consumption and the SoC draining is similar for all 3 devices.
iPhone 5s rating = 5.96 /4 = 1.49
iPad mini 2 rating = 23.8 / 7.9 = 3.01266
iPad air rating = 32.4 / 9.7 = 3.34026
Given iPhone 5s endurance rating from gsmarena 54hr
iPad mini 2 rating should be 109 hr
iPad air rating should be 121 hr
Just a guess ..
