I have updated to firmware version 026S but PLAY store does not work, I cleared everything did a hard reset
but nothing changed about the PLAY store I always getting the [RH-01] Server error message.
"Error retrieving information from server"
What should I do to resolve this error?
LeEco Le 1s phone i bought it in first year in china it was nice phone really it have never broke or did any thing wrong it was my best phone ever but after 1year and half i thing the phone start not to charge in battery when i link cable it go on and off and than it take sometime to start back so 2017 /07/01 i kike it on wall 3 time first was small hit 2d was bit hard the 3 was harder xdxdxd and than steal working all i need to do new to send back to the company to fix i love that phone i just hope they dont charge me with higher price for fix
Worst mobile, i am using since last 1 year, and already spended more 5000 on it. I bought it on may 2016. It got problem in mic just 3 days after buying. I send it to customer center. They return back it to me after 2 months. Poor service and response. And again the touch went faulty. I send again to the center on jul 16. They told me that the problem is due to water. So it does not cover in warranty. I spended more 5000 for the touchscreen. Now the back button of touch again not working. I m looking for the customer service but i think the company have winded up..........Just wanna to throw the mobile...Last option
The claim that screen glass is shatter proof is bogus,i happened to drop my phone from the dining table,IT BROKE ,,,

Best phone in the world, even now what phones have octacore at 2,2ghz proccessor, also ir port that can be programed it learns from your remote control, i can watch youtube about 3 hours,
Please don't buy this phone their customer service is very bad.i m using this phone from 1year.i have submitted my phone to their service centre 11.5.2017 they give me jobsheet number (js17051100886) but till today date 30.5.2017 they don't send require parts of phone to service centre.
This is the worst phone in this world i have used or seen . It is just wastage of money . Once u will buy it , u will regret urself whole life . There is nothing in this mobile . I have been using this from last one year and i have become very much irritated from it. There is no serviece availability . A very very very poor battery life . And the bjggest problem is , it heats upto 56 degree celcius even by normal usage . Sometimes the external buttons stops working automatically . If it get a minor problem u have to spend 5000 rs just to recover it . Plz friends do not buy this phone .

As company is winding up shortly,pre/post warranty service support is totally aiming towards escape route to avoid customers backup with lame excuses.
My warranty Le eco 1 mobile was taken to service centre for crash up of Booting on startup and the service centre negatived the warranty by falsely claimed liquid inside motherboard and replacement cost of Rs.10000 for M.B. much more than the purchase cost of mobile.
The same mobile brought back and kept in freezer for few hours to authenticate their claim,but ithttp://m.moneycontrol.com/portfolio.php?type=today was surprised to find nothing so for non functioning of Booting of mobile and got reset after continuously battery charging fully.
Only problem reported by me to service team was that display of update of root continuously after crashing, which never taken seriously,instead they claimed total faulty due to prefixed answer to go for a new mobile as against enhanced cost of Motherboard much more than the purchase cost.
My continuous communication to Leo eco never responded and customer care telephonic line always keep engaged or keep holding.
The suppler Flipcart after repeated contacts unable to find any solution from manufacturer,whose basic motivation is sell through online and discard customers support by making false claims on defects by negativing​ warranty and make customers to go for new mobile,due to higher cost of spare much more than purchase price.
This game plan to avoid customer ordeals will make escape from responsibility of after sales well practiced​ from legal proceedings against them for lack of service.
My mobile got set alright after reset activation by myself after false declaration by their service centre of liquid accumulation and inability to rectify the same proves the easy route to vanish our indian market after dumbing their products with out any service liabilities any more.
My sincere​ advice to all buyers donot purchase any mobile from Chinese.manufacturers. with out looking into genuine service support history from customers as otherwise,,we need to consider the product are sold for use and throw concept to make us safegoat and not so in western countries/US,where strict law proceedings against such violation dealt with.

worst phone ever. dont go for it heating problem, charger issue , camera quality is worst, its been 8 months since i'm using it and trust me now i'm going to purchase a new one.
