kimmy, 06 Jul 2018Does anyone knows the code to open the LG V20 (T-mobile), I can't use my phone and its killing me!!Exactly what do you mean by 'open' V20? If you forgot your password, you can do a hard reset (factory reset). You will lose all phone data. After the reset, you will still not be able to use the phone unless you provide user name and password of any active Google account in the phone prior to factory reset.

My unit have 14 months of intense use of the same settings as you and performs as new. My second V20, 11 months and the same.
Anyone knows how to make the selfie cam looks nicer. Everytime we I take selfie it's blurred
Many users of this forum write about screen retention on V20 but nobody gives any further details. I have been using the phone for 11 months and have never seen any trace of screen retention. Screen timeout is 1 minute, brightness is automatic and, normally, I don't keep static images on forever. It would be nice and useful if some of you, who experienced the problem, can give us more details (level of brightness, which software, keeping of static images, overheating...) so that we know how to avoid screen problems in the future.

metall, 05 Jul 2018Hi guys, Do u know how to fix problem with loosing network on lg v20??? its great phone but it... moreWhat V20 variant do you have and what LTE/WCDMA/GSM frequencies does your network broadcast? It's the first thing you should check before going into more extensive network problem troubleshooting.
Hi guys, Do u know how to fix problem with loosing network on lg v20??? its great phone but it drives me crazy. 3 times a day no network and i have to reboot phone.
This phone is their best smartphone i ever owned. Better than the samsung s7 exynos as well as the snapdragon variant by far.
Surprised to find impressed user of lg v20. I've been enjoying it for over a year and find it still faster and better than my newly bought phones whose specs are overrated on papers. I cant get over this one
vicky, 01 Jul 2018Can somebody will tell me that which phone has better camera in all aspects among V 20 Vs gala... moreActually there's no comparison. Even the newer Samsung Galaxy Note 8 cannot outperform the V20's photo quality in low light. Here, see for yourself. Pay particular attention to sponge Bob, the dollar bill, and the donkey:
Can somebody will tell me that which phone has better camera in all aspects among V 20 Vs galaxy Note 5? Please
This is by far the greatest flagship of LG. Sadly, they won't produce anything like this in the future since they want to go with the trend.
I mean everything you need is here:
Removable battery - I don't need to worry even when I'm out of the grid for three days riding my motorcycle. All i need is a spare battery charging kit and a powerbank and I'm good to go.
IR blaster - your remote for your TV, TV box, AC all in your phone while sitting peacefully on your couch
Great audio and camera - goes on par even with today's flagship
Solid Gaming - yep I spend most of this phone playing games.
I'm not buying any phone unless this one dies.
I bought this phone on 19th Sept 2017, been using it for months now and bootloop like you usually find on V10? Nope. V20 has none. There's only complain I have though is the screen is inferior compare to Samsung's.... And battery draining is a little bit fast, like 10 mins/1 percent drop, just normal browsing facebook. I don't use Facebook app, very troublesome and sucks. Other than these 2, everything else is totally okey.
If you're a hardcore audiophile, get LG V20. If you don't mind losing removable battery and IR sensor, get V35 ThinQ.
Reyax, 29 Jun 2018What about image retention. Screen burn I was also facing same issue, Screen Burn / retention.
My device was in Warranty, LG changed display from as its a known issue.
Reyax, 29 Jun 2018What about image retention. Screen burn Not as bad as what you see on 6 month old super amoled screens. Also it is barely visible and not permanent. It's gone after the screen has been off for a while or after you change to another screen.
Oreo update for the V20 is moved to August.
