user, 14 Sep 2017A11 cpu is 50% more powerful than Exynos 8895 of Samsung S8. Iphone 8 and X are the only smart... moreNo Exynos is a crap processor, not that I say that, but just go to TomsHardware and check damn benchmarks.
Uh, GSMArena guys. I'm looking for a phone with a headphone jack as I have a high end IEM. Probably do not recommend HTC U11 in your alternatives list please. It's not even close or similar to an LG V30.
The implementation of "bezel-less" design on this phone is way way way better than iPhone X!
user, 15 Sep 2017Before you write something...think first, OLED not only in Samsung, LG also producing.I say it again, in case you missed it, "think first before you write": first I wrote about Exynox processor which was developer with the help of Qualcomm, then out of the blue you wrote about A11 being more powerful than 835 and 8895 and now you wrote about panels (which I mentioned because Apple placed an order of 70 mil display to Samsung - they would not have been able to produce iPhone X) saying that LG also produces OLED panels. I do know about the investment that Apple did in LG for producing panels for them but they have yet to produce anything for Apple, or they have but in very small quantities. The first shipments of X will be with Samsung panels. Still I do not understand why you brought Apple on an LG page. If you want to pay them for overpriced products write on their page. You have yet to make a point in what you want to say other then stereotype sentences.
siminum, 14 Sep 2017a wise man always does but you seem not to..I've posted my comment on 9th of September when iP... moreBefore you write something...think first, OLED not only in Samsung, LG also producing.
Finally a phone worthy of my hard earned money, most importantly FM is back, i don't know why LG nd Samsung stopped putting FM on flagship phones. Time to upgrade my G3 to V30. To me v30 is the best phone of the year.

It seems as though the dualSIM model will have a dedicated microSD slot. What I'd like to know is which bands will be on board? I was hoping to import the dualSIM model, for use as my daily driver work phone, but haven't found definitive information on the bands (2g,3g, <e) that will be included on the dualSIM.
It's time to define display size with square inch or square cm, because manufacturers are making us fool with narrower displays. The more narrow but longer the rectangle, the more longer the hypotenuse, It doesn't mean the area is larger. so we want to know that how much is the area of a display. say, LG V30 has 6.82*13.63= 92.96 square cm while Lumia 1520 has 7.47*13.28= 99.20 square cm display area. both devices are said to have 6" display but LG V30 has 6.24 square cm less display are compared to a 16:9 6" display. so let's not be cheated.
TCool, 13 Sep 2017Because it is useless. Not at all, ignorant! Manufacturers are omitting ir blaster because it's a 'dangerous' feature in that u can control most electronic appliances of shops, hospitals & airports.
I'm not changing my V20 until there's finally a good phone with ir blaster which the V30 should have not omitted. I don't use physical remote controls anymore
FM radio, QDAC and at last P-OLED very pro LG! 5MP is underdog for front camera, could have been 16MP easily, things cheap nowadays.
Being a MIL-STD-810G compliant device, I assume that it was designed to have a lot of outdoor use! So why is there no barometer? Come on LG!!! why fall short of an almost perfect device!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
