Apple can afford to remove headphone jack, because they know anyway isheeps will buy it. But XIAOMI blindly copied and fall into trap. Very few people may buy MI6 because android people at this price point will never buy a phone without headphone jack. No one want to invest more on rechargable Bluetooth headphones or use a adapter. By my experience USB C port doesn't fit as sturdy as micro usb port.

Well, most probably the majority will agree that yeah, overall, it is Hot. Because when you consider its price-to- performance, the output is Hot (or better, very worth it). Then personally, if I have to mention the cons, I will mention 5: last & least, display just FHD, 4, & it could be slightly bigger, 3, quite huge bezels, 2, lack of the 3.5mm jack, & mostly (the worst) the lack of the SD slot. But having said that, yes, overall it is Hot (always with the price to performance in mind).

Best OEM - all Xiaomi phones are hot simply because they are the best value for money compared to most other OEM's offerings. I had the Mi 5 - loved it. Not getting the Mi 6 only because I have realized I don't need a high end phone. Just ordered the Redmi 4 Prime - has all I need at a much lower price. By the way, I couldn't care less about the absence of the headphone jack, soon they will be gone from all phones, something we have to adapt to, not a dealbreaker for me.
