Compared to Samsung apple will always hide in shadows.
Now Motorola could fine all existing brands for copy their phone patent made by Martin Cooper back in 70ths era and the motorola will be one and only mobile phone creator in the world.
They can make a really nice monopol and ruin other competitors what a great idea :-)

why apple do not have courage to go to court against all chinese companies. If Motorola had this apple mindset there would be no mobile phones from other companies. I think Apple is corrupting the mindset of the industry in ways of making money.
In this regards I have great respect for Philips, Motorola, Ericsson, Samsung, Sony and Nokia. These companies gave great products with great value to every class people. These companies were innovative in design as well as technology not like apple which has one design and go on sueing other for that.

Android phones will never have IOS on them for sure and PC will never have IOS on them too. But who in there right mind wants IOS on there PC anyways ? If they want Linux based OS they can get Ubuntu. And most of the people will never have custom rom on there devices too and even if they would change it they wont even look for IOS as you cant and even if you could then there still wont be much people who would do it.

O YES! Simply, and most certainly because of the very fact that Apple, cannot, could not, and will never, ever be able to beat Samsung when it comes to Innovation and Technology, the only reason that is why they are just resorting to the courts so that they can somehow obtain money for their losing, and crushing iPhones!💢👊😠👊

Why the court has been held in San Jose in California?
Wh not in Soul the capital city of South Korea from where Samsung origins are.
Anyway the courts are biased. Its only logical that apple will win on home soils.
But i have a solution. Samsung will stop making displays and other parts of the apple phones. Apple will ahve to ind someone else or it will close its bussiness forewer.
Well problem is solved. jack problem will solve as well also a notch trend.
Like apple have not enough money they have highest marketshare among all of the competitors highest revenue and still they are greedy as a shark.
And even US laws and courts will protect and defends them.
They are very lucky i am not the Lawyer othervise they should be gone for good forewer.
At least citizens of the world coud sleep in peace because one very irritiating mosquito could be anihilated from existence.
