It's Bass Akwards phone. I use it on home wifi, so no SIM....what does it then try to do everytime it's switched on? Update SIM contacts, over & over...with no mobile signal.
Constantly wants Google Play services enabled to play vids...when they play perfectly fine, despite Google or Nokia.
Can't be held in one hand to surf as it picks up off the side bezel and starts cliking it's own links.
Somewhat slow compared to an Oppo.
It feels cheap as there's no special software additions like on a Samsung or Oppo or WileyFox... being able to delete or freeze unused apps / seconds in the top bar / special wallpapers, etc...
My 2014 Asha I use now as alarm clock is more exciting.

When I restart it, it says " The phone is starting..." this is the same as before what is such problem. This phone is worst phone I have never seen before.

Worst phone ever
I can even use the phone for simple task without hanging
Nokia basically scammed me of my money
I also complained to them about the phone but no results
I don't recommend this phone for anyone

Do not waste your money on this phone. Purchased this phone 7 moths ago. Had problems since day one. The phone is so slow. Battery drains fast. I bought the 32GB option and the system takes up 17GB of that. I dropped it recently which i take full responsibility for but it was only dropped onto carpet and the whole screen is cracked (i had a case and screen protector). The camera quality is not great but is acceptable. Gets frozen so often. I have also been having problems with it going into emergency callback mode. although I was reluctant I put it to factory rest as I was told by Nokia support that that was the only solution, but it still happens and I cannot call, text or use data so I have to restart the phone every time I was to use it. The phone does half do its job but there and more downside than upsides. In my opinion you should invest in another phone. ( I recommend the Samsung a12 or Sony Xperia 10) Don't waste your time and money on this phone.

So I was given this phone as lone while my One plus 5 that I bought 4 years was being fixed. It was brand new and still in the box.
For me personally, This is worst phone I have ever used, I work in IT and work with lots of different phones on daily basis.
So the issues here,
It lags, There is supposed "work arounds" to fix the lag, but really they are just busy work to keep you thinking there is a solution, when it reality its the hardware and poor application of the OS that are at fault here. I lags when nothing is running, when first booted up, when cashe is cleared, even when you change the power settings to stop it managing apps.
The truth its a cheap as chips phone, but mainly of the other cheap as chip phones around the same price do not have these freezing issues. The freezing will happen constantly and you will miss calls, texts and other important stuff because of it. I have many raspberry pi's 3 that run andriod 11 better than this dumpster fire of phone.
The front facing Camera just stopped working, not as in it won't turn on, but more that OS won't even recongise its there. Nokia's responce to this is that its Andriods fault that there product does not work properly, and Google is saying that its a Nokia issue. So welcome to pass the buck the crappy phone edition. I doubt there will be a fix for this anytime soon, as no one seems to want to take respociltity for fixing it. So no more selfies for you.
charging port, stopped working after a week...and I had to send it to be repaired, took them 2 months, and it still has problems charging, but they say, well we tested it and its working and it might be my charger or cable. So I decided to test this, and took 15 Mirco usbs, (Yes Mirco USB LOL) and tested them all with phone, All had the same problem. I then took my socket charger, and got 7 more different types from various places. I checked the recommend voltage, current and amps, and got a charger and cable that were matching that, and still the same problems. Nokia's responce was, its not our product, its you....
Lets look at the responces here, the people saying "Its a budget phone" what do you expect, really are just trying to troll and upset, because there are many budget phones at the same price as this phone and none of them are this bad, I mean there are problems yes, but this freezing and lags make this phone unusable at times, where I have given up what I was doing, because I was not waiting 45 seconds for each click, sorry but this is not just a budget phone problem. Its a manufacure using cheapest parts and throwing it together without any QA or testing. So don't be fooled by the Nokia shilling, its not a "Budget phone issue" its a Nokia looking to make a quick buck selling in my opion a very dodgy and questionable product.

Romualda and Anonymous don't own Nokia phones.they criticised Nokia 3.2.now they are on other Nokia brands again.if they find Nokia displeasing,what the heck!! Can't they find other phones to buy???. They should stop unnecessary weird intention of filling good minds with Nokia phone are not worth buying.

Had an A52 5G with 6GB RAM before, had motherboard issues and the motherboard replacement is very expensive (motherboard replacement isn't covered under warranty here despite being the phone's fault) so I returned it and bought a Nokia 2.4. It's so much better and no issues for me till date 😀👍

The phone is frustrating! Sometimes I feel like smashing it on the wall. Extremely slow, freezes, cant receive a call when you have something open. Its rubbish! I wont recommend it to anyone!

Android 12 running on the Nokia 2.4 is spotted on Geekbench. Maybe it will roll out soon.
