Pleas... moretry to hard reset by pressing the Green + Red + Camera + Power simultaneously when phone is switched off,
if it resist try to connect to your PC using a cable
or
its the hardware(go to the nearest cell phn repairs they gona have replace the LCD with the new 1.Ur not the 1st one facing this problem.

Hi, I can't use the WLAN or Wifi on my phone? there used to be a WLAN connection button under the settings --> Connections --> WLAN, but the app/button dissappeared???HELP Pleeze

It's the best phone I've had even though I've dropped it so many times its still good. I have had it now for about 4 years but its still as good as the new ones except the software on it is a little old. But I definitely will trust Nokia make for my next phone.
