ganze, 21 Sep 2009after losing my n82 now i m thinking to buy nokia 5800 but i heard camera is 2 poor of this ph... more@ganze, 5800 is around 14k to 14.5k in mumbai because of 12.5% VAT in maharastra. Rest of the country sells it for 13.1K to 13.8k. 5800's cam is not bad, its better after firmware upgrade. (If you have seen reviews of 5800 cam pics, you'll find the pics mediocre since those phones were pre-release / early versions)
If you want a phone similar to N82 you can try N79. I think its around 14-15k.

its a nice phone...my uncle do have this phone from US...bad thing s it dont have wifi for the use of its wide and touch screen for mobile net

Why everybody worries about TV out function? I guess it's people who never tried it. There is nothing to be exited about and no reasons to be disappointed if you haven't got it. My phone came without plastic case, stand and tv out cable but the feature is enabled. I bought a third party tv cable for 5 euros, connect the phone and guess what. It's working. But sh..t, the resolution of the video signal is so low that i felt sorry to spent extra cash for that. I enjoy the video on the phone screen much more. Yes, I thought that i'm gonna use my phone instead of the dvd player, like the majority of you! Don't feel sorry that you don't have tv out. It's not worthy.
Overall the phone is great!

guys d phn is a NO NO....... ive spnt a lot f bucks on it.... dude.... wats wrng wid NOKIA????? u knw weneva i try 2 dlt a contact d phn switches off..... n guess wat wen i switch on mah phn mah cntacts r vanished...... i tuk it 2 NOKIA care... no hlp..... so i wud suggest... not ths 1.......

I have held back from buying this phone as there are so much problems, which could be costly in repair bills. Pros: great features,large screen,touch sensitive, Symbian OS, great sound,a great rivel to the Iphone. Cons: Bad workmanship - cheap plastic casing,poor camera/video but better than LG GT505,rubbish led light,breakdown rate is high,cheap plastic touch screen,rubbish battery life - you won't get very far if taking it on your holidays,reliability is very poor. I want a phone with great all round features, not overly priced,but will last a long time!
