Realme 8, 8 Pro blind sale scheduled to begin today
The Realme 8 series will arrive on March 24, but the brand is opening pre-orders early, at noon IST today. The campaign, called “Infinity Sale”, will continue until the end of the week, and everyone who pre-orders will be able to claim their device on March 25 - just a day after the official unveiling.
Pre-orders will be taking at Flipkart.com and Realme’s own online store with an upfront payment of INR1,080 (about $15). The brand also promised a free gift during this blind sale, in which customers are technically pre-ordering a phone they haven’t even seen.
The remaining amount can be paid on March 25, between noon and midnight. If you decide not to go through, Realme will refund the money to your account on Realme.com or the APAY wallet on Flipkart.
The Realme 8 series will be have the first 108MP camera in the company's lineup, but it will be reserved for the Realme 8 Pro. The vanilla Realme 8 will be an updated variant of the Realme 7 - same chipset and battery, but a Super AMOLED screen and a different alignment of the 64MP quad camera.

Realme paying more money for celebrity endorsements rather than spending money to give better specs to their customers. Let me guess: Another price hike to cover for the 'marketing costs'.
