Every call is dropping. Sprint tells me I have good to excellent coverage. Is any one else experiencing this with their new s10 +?

Mohamed Azam, 17 Dec 2019If I reset my phone, which os will generate? Android 10 or 9Ihi. Dont worry. It will still be on Android 10 . Once you do this your phone will run really smooth. Like all updates it advices you either clear cache partition and then factory reset. And you can save contacts, mgs, apps etc to your samsung account etc or to sd card. Or you can backup all your stuff through smart switch. So there are diff options to choose from. So I strongly advice iif you have lots of apps you need or whatever to backup them up before performing a factory reset.

And also a factory reset to get rid of any residual files left over from pie. I did both and battery is good. No more heating problems. That's my advice to you. I highly recommend you do it.

Try factory reset after, if this not work.
If you reset the phone, it will stay on Android 10, but you will lost all of your data, so it recommended to backup your phone before factory data reset.

Power mode' reduces your device's performance and limits vibration, location services and most background data to help improve battery life. That's one benefit if your worried about battery. I personally dont have any need for it.

I took the pre installed screen protector of my phone because its started to bubble. So I dont have screen protector on mine. I bought few good ones. But I find the phone is not very responsive with it on. And dust collects in between the screen and protector. But I use a case when out. It depends if you drop your phone a lot yes then use screen protector I'm very careful with my phones. But I use a case when out.

what i love most is the one-handed mode, so so sweet. Worst my battery is draining fast and phone hot. What should i do to correct the battery draining and hot?

Then remove it from your phone. Then go into settings - scroll down to General management . You press reset and then scroll down to factory reset.
