Xiaomi Android Rumors

Last week a Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 teaser showed off the low-light performance and bokeh rendering of the dual camera on the phone's back. That same camera will support 960fps slow-motion video shooting as well, producing clips like this one:

This is official, coming straight from Xiaomi global spokesperson, Donovan Sung. The Snapdragon 845 chipset that will power the Mi Mix 3 certainly support it, but this wasn't enabled on the Mix 2S as the right image image sensor is needed as well. To hit 960fps, a sensor needs on-board memory.

Upgrading to such a sensor hardly feels like a stretch when Xiaomi is teasing 10GB of RAM and 5G support for the latest Mi Mix entry.

Here’s one more teaser video, this time showing off the dual camera on the other side – specifically, the speedy face unlock, a feature that has been demoed before.

The complete Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 skill set will be unveiled at the official event on October 25 (this Thursday).

The chin is necessary. Unless Apple would remove their patent and share the the manufacturing and design of their iPhone X series.

I barely care about the features, but darn this chin...no need for it.

It is interpolated. Same as Huawei. And it looks crap with high movement objects.
