For other games with great graphics, open gameloft.com from your phone browser. It will detectt your phone and show the games available. There are some awesome games available for the arc. Best of them all is asphalt 6. Its a 700mb+ game with insane graphics. The best part is that it is available in india for just 50 Rs. compared to 5$ in the US.
Anonymous, 05 May 2011I don`t like this phone. . I love it . . . ME TOO! This phone is amazing! Best phone I have ever owned!
pogi, 06 May 2011Thanks for all the important info mate, i will definitely have this phone when it hits AUSTRALIA.its already available in australia through optus
I'll have mine in a month approx. For what i read about it, it's the best phone ever, besides I'm a SE lover, i think the Galaxy S II will be better cause the dual core processor and gorilla glass, but I'll keep on SE. This month seems an eternity........... :(
Sony xLOUD engine audio filter technology. does xperia mini and mini pro has it ?
Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is a awesome phone. It's camera is so good but there is no zooming in camera while taking a picture. Battery life is not so good. It's a good, thin and lite weight phone but there are some bad things in this phone like no video calling, battery time and no camera zooming.......
Been using this phone through Orange for the past few days....
Will be sending it back!
Two issues I can't live with...
1) Wifi keeps dropping. sent msg to sony through their forum and their response has not helped at all.
2) You cannot zoom in on the camera at higher resolutions. Sony's response was to download a 3rd party camera app (Vignette) from Android Market. The free version will not allow zooming in at higher resolutions meaning that you have to PAY for the full version.
This really grates me!! Mobile phone manufacturers releasing handsets with bug and issues. It becomes apparent that must employ chips to test their phones.
And out of principle I for one will not be paying for an app to "fix" something that should be in the phone already.
I also have an HTC Desire, which I have never had an issue with. By the way, this phone appears to move more smoothly especially in Android market then the Arc.
I really want to like this phone as it's got a great screen, looks lush and for a phone this sixe is very comfortable to hold.
Oh well, back to the drawing board at trying to figure out what I'm going to replce this handset with....

sevemas, 06 May 2011No, "only" 4 fingers at same time, at least with the "my piano" appIt completely depends on how much fingers the app can support. There is currently no app to utilise it's advanced(unlimited) multitouch
