x-nokia, 24 Jun 2010 Got two units for me and my wife no issues on both! The screen is beyond samsungs AM... moreyeah on some phones of samsung, they used AMOLED but with the SUPER AMOLED the retina display is a shame, super amoled has better legibility under the sun, save 20-30% of the battery for consumption and the color is crisp and smooth, unlike retina display that can eat up your battery since its still using TFT technology, the only good thing about is the size of the screen, that's it

gullable, 24 Jun 2010why are you all saying the iphone didnt invent video calling it's not on any other phone...... morereally? then show it to us that they did invent the video calling, video calling is already a feature on nokia, se, motorola, samsung back in 2006 and apple just got the technology today!!! is it really hard to understand that apple is just very exaggerated when they are announcing there products especially IPHONE, its using old technology, it sounds new to you because the name is NEW, take that!

Apple CS, 24 Jun 2010Dear all iPhone 4 user and iPhone 4 wannabe. First, I want to thank all the ibeliever who l... morewhat a post, very intriguing, by the way, it should be STEEL not STELL, OMG, what your telling about FACETIME is not true, obviously, the name is new but video calling is an old feature on a phone except for IPHONE 4 because its using old technology, have you born this year? SE, MOTOROLA, SAMSUNG, LG, NOKIA already had a video calling feature on their phones even way back in 2006, and the retina display that your iSteve is claiming to be the best screen technology fails MY DEAR, its still using TFT technology, they might enhanced it and came with a name but it sucks, it will eaten up the battery of the phone and aside from that there's a lot of cases that it has a YELLOW SPOT on it which is a mess. Now let's discuss the antenna, your human antenna, since its included in the hardware and they served the STEEL body of the phone, it reacts with the body on how you hold it, because its STEEL, a conductor and human has electricity inside its body may result a variation of signal that may goes up and down and the last one the GLASS hardened cover of the phone which has been tested to drop it within 1 meter to 2 meters has been injured due to a crack...now where is your IPHONE 4? its using old technology still and aside from that its too pricey but the feature is not worthy because you can find more advance features on other phone manufacturer other than this, I HAD AN iphone 3g and 3gs, they said that the 3gs is speedier than the 3g in terms of wifi connectivity but its not, that's why i don't like the iphone 4 now, its a crap

Dear all iPhone 4 user and iPhone 4 wannabe.

First, I want to thank all the ibeliever who line up for iPhone 4. You really showing your fate, and thanks to you, we're gaining more attention from the non-ibeliever. Hopefully, your support will make us stronger.

For those of you that still have doubt in iPhone 4, DO NOT worry to join us. Apple is the most advance technology maker in phone industry. We were the first to introduce video call with Face Time. No other manufacture have use the face time before, and this will set another history in humanity. We're also the first to have the real multitasking. Other phone operating system multitasking have a flaw that make it hard to use. Our multitasking is specially craft by the best engineer in the world.

Today, I will introduce the new feature of iPhone 4 that were not introduced to journalist yet. It is called human antenna. The side of iphone is a rare stainless stell material that were hardened by iSteve sweet. Imagine how long iSteve must stay in Sauna to satisfied all of the ibeliever needs. When iSteve introduce the iPhone 4 a couple of week back, he mention that the stainless stell is to make the phone reception stronger. The way it work is by using our body as the antenna to receive the signal. Thus it is a special patented apple technology called human antenna. (and we will surely sue anyone that try to steal this one). The side effect of this human antenna is, after prolong use, we can hold the iphone without looking at the retina display and our brain can interpret the GSM/3G data that were in the air. This is the highest secret ultimate feature that currently only iSteve able to do.

Another secret feature of this human antenna is the good radiation. Don't worry about the word of radiation, because this one is good. When you touch the antenna, the cell phone wave will make you become less fertile, thus you can have a more free lifestyle. This is a bonus from iSteve, in which something he hope was available when he was young.

I would also like to tell you about why we use the best material on earth. the godzilla glass.

There were a tale of a woman wearing a glass shoe. And this fragile shoe is a sign of beauty. A sign of beauty because wearing a fragile things is a sign that you have a great power. Only the great one can use such a things.

Do you ever heard a maiden wearing an aluminum shoe? Anyone here?

At Apple, we try to give you the best material ever. The fragile power of king kong glass. The one that Cinderella use to gain prince charming attention.

If Cinderella were using an aluminum shoe, the price charming would thought she were from the wizard of Oz circus. and would not fall in love with her.

And don't worry about our godzilla glass strength. Apple has been able to drop iphone around 10Km with parachute, and non of the iphone in the box broke.

The guy in the video who drop the iphone 4 edit the video in the second drop. He crash it with a iThor iHammer. That's the only things that can break our great iPhone and he must stole it from iSteve room. We will ask the police to return the iThor iHammer to make sure no other iphone 4 will be hurt.

If you don't see any news lately, here is a news flash for you.
Jason Chen's of Gizmodo have trying to play with our iSteve, and eat iSteve dust.
The guy at iFixYouri that stole the iThor iHammer, will surely goes the gizmodo way.

Please be sure to read our local Mercury News for the most up to date on our iSteve power.

              Best Regard,

              Apple CS

For those wondering which display is better between the iphone4's retina display and samsungs super amoled, here's a review.

"Here’s a quick comparison between the iPhone 4’s Retina Display and the Samsung Galaxy S’s super AMOLED. The first thing you will notice is the PenTile Matrixsub-pixels arrangement on the Super AMOLED which make the panel look really inferior to the IPS LCD on the iPhone 4. People will automatically jump to the conclusion that the higher pixel density on the iPhone 4 is the winner here, but this isn’t the case. The problem here is the PenTile Matrix which cause the image to look fuzzy not the lower PPI. A interesting test would be to snap a couple of pictures of the Droid X or regular Droid screen and compare them to the Retina Display of the iPhone 4. Both Motorola handsets have a similar ISP LCD panel as Apple’s device (but with lower PPI because of the size of their screens) so you probably won’t notice any major difference other than the smaller size of the pixels on the iPhone 4 (check out how the LCD panel of the HTC HD2 compares to the PenTile Matrix on the HTC Desire here). I personally think that Apple made a good decision when going for an IPS panel instead of a Super AMOLED now that it is known that Samsung’s latest and greatest tech still uses the PenTile Matrix. Sure you won’t notice any big differences from a normal viewing dsitance but the text does look fuzzier and can be a little bit annoying after a while (but that’s just my opinion after my experience with the HTC Desire)."
