Compare the Specs with same priced OInePlus Two... a bit disappointing
AnonD-8044, 13 Oct 2015Waited 2 years already tho for me,Nexus 6 was too big so so buying this. Yes it is not top spe... moreAgree with you fully on the 3gb Ram and higher internal storage, but I would take a device based around the 808 over the 810 any day.
At 1080p screen resolution the Adreno 418 is more than powerful enough to play even demanding games, yes 2k stretches it beyond comfort, but then all mobile GPU's (even the Mali-T760MP8 in the Exynos 7420 and Adreno 430) suffer at that resolution. Also the ISP in the 808 is fine for the camera's on offer in the Nexus 5X considering how well it does with the G4's camera setup.
The only company that has so far managed to tame the 810 as far as thermal behaviour goes is Oneplus it seems. Sony also have claimed progress in this area by waffling on about dual heat pipes and thermal gel, but believe me, they haven't got the issue licked.
The 810 has problems, it's that simple. The 808 however is quite the workhorse, personally I have more faith in the 808/2gb Ram combo of the Nexus 5X than I do in the 810/3gb of the Nexus 6P as far as sustained performance goes.
But I still wish the 5X had 3gb Ram.
Nick G., 15 Oct 20152 GB RAM is a joke, welcome to 2012...No its, not, it's enough!
Where can I buy Nexus 5x 2015 in Holland?
How much will it coast (16GB)?
moto x style is much better than nexus 5x except features like finger print sensor
AnonD-8044, 14 Oct 2015Wonder what the wholesale price of RAM is i.e. 2GB V 3GB . They built this to a price but ... morego for iphone bro and u would feel more comfort with lower specs .. ask me after suffering years and years with android phones :D
Actually this is a mid range device. By some mistake price is coating for high end one. It should be around $ 275
Anonymous, 11 Oct 20152GB RAM is very disappointing. Sure, it's enough for android M. What about N or O? Guess i'll ... moreWonder what the wholesale price of RAM is i.e. 2GB V 3GB .
They built this to a price but to me it is still an expensive handset as it is old spec really,,in fact the more I look at this I am sure minimum 64GB Storage 3GB RAM should be 2015 spec at the price they are charging.
To person below on about G2,,if I could get hold of 32GB 3GB RAM version I would go for that I think because it is a classy handset.
Not going for Huawei Nexus I want a phone not a TV set. :)
Anonymous, 12 Oct 2015Actually the Helio X20 benches higher than the Samsung Exynos from the S6/Edge.Helio x20 not gonna release any time soon

It should be 3 gb ram, should be 32/64/128gb storage should be 810 chipset with cooling pipes, should be this and that but as usual we get let down. Phone companies obsessed with thiness and copying that stupid bloody iPhone.
RP, 09 Oct 2015If You going with LG Nexua 5x with 480EUR then Go With One Plus 2...1992 flip phone beats a OnePlus2. Who cares what the specs are for the phone you can't bring to market without a 3m waiting list.
AnonD-322352, 04 Oct 2015A MediaTek SoC in a Nexus? You've gotta be kidding me...Actually the Helio X20 benches higher than the Samsung Exynos from the S6/Edge.
MrRobot, 09 Oct 2015pretty disappointing! if they bumped the ram to 3gb and a qhd screen than i would have bought. Then buy a Moto X Style, is just $20 more.
see no reason to change my LG G3. This nexus is a joke, 2gb of ram, big bezels, small non-removable battery, no sd-card slot. Oh how much i love my 2 batteries for G3 and external charger!! I will never buy a phone with non-removable battery anymore.
2GB RAM is very disappointing. Sure, it's enough for android M. What about N or O? Guess i'll have to wait for another year :(
This is the droid which have to be compared with I-telephone in terms of operating system
