bubu, 20 Nov 2014I like Capacitive Buttons.Me too. I don't see why they get so passionate about having on-screen buttons. I think on-screen buttons are a stupid gimmick. If I paid for a 5" screen, then I want a 5" screen, not 5" minus space for buttons. Sony should do the same with their Xperia, its just a big empty space under the screen that isn't being used. Put buttons down there and you have a more viewable screen. But no, they rather increase the size of the screen + phone with 1cm+ ugly bezels at top and bottom.

Comment from the top developer for apps: Pleco

Does your software work on Windows Phone?

"No, and no plans to support that either - Windows Phone is a totally different OS from Windows Mobile and would require a bottom-up rewrite of our software to work, and we’re simply too busy with iOS and Android to consider that at present. We certainly may reconsider this decision in the future if WP’s market share improves, though."

"One thing that puts us off are the buttons on it. Recent Windows Phones have utilized on-screen buttons and not capacitive ones."

Only the budget ones. On screen buttons are literally worse than Hitler.

I know this is not the right place to write it down but I'll try anyway.

I have factory restored my WP device and now I have problem. If I have saved contact with counry code (for example UK is +44)and then number. When someone is calling me it does not writes me name but number without contry code. Can anyone help me with this? But overall I like WP more than Android.

It does not really look like any Lumia, I would say it’s either fake or it’s the screen of one of the new low-cost manufacturers to the WP platform. Microsoft is not implementing physical buttons any longer, it’s better so the icons (back, windows or bing) can rotate with the image.

Lookon, 19 Nov 2014From which company Microsoft takes lcd, amoled panels for phones ? The AMOLED panels are made by Samsung in Korea, and the LCD/IPS are made both by Sharp in Japan, all with their NOKIA patented technologies applied to just their Nokia equipment.

I think microsoft should launch flagship phone with the specification given below.
128GB internal memory.
128GB expandable memory.
Atlest 4GB RAM.
5-6 inch display.
4000mAh battery which can last for atleast 24hrs with heavy usage.
41mp rear camera like lumia 1020 has with dual led flash.
Atleast 10mp front camera with led flash.
And price to set between $800-$1000.
