Anonymous, 14 Oct 2016Just don't buy a smartphone then. No phones out there match your expectations.Well i did buy a phone with 2 sim slots and an sd card , and all the basic sensors for $200. Yet it lacks removable battery and good speaker, but at least it's cheap and still much more functional .
are these customers all Americans?at least Samsung has acknowledge the issues, has acknowledge the flaws in note 7 and it's unfortunate note 7 has discontinued. Let's see if apple has the balls to acknowledge the mistake if it's them who has trouble.
AnonD-405901, 14 Oct 2016S7 Edge has hybrid dual sim-SD card and currently best smartphone in the world! He said Dual sim+SD,not Dual Sim/SD. That means he want Dedicated SD card slot.
This is deserving you samsung of being overpriced and overated gimmick brand.
So you better reduce all your galaxy phone price to 20 - 30 % in order to compete future market.
People are not ""stupid anymore"".
Anonymous, 14 Oct 2016I woudn't buy a Samsung just because their phones suck. No dual sim+sd slot in the high segmen... moreS7 Edge has hybrid dual sim-SD card and currently best smartphone in the world!
The moment I read that the people surveyed were from US(the factory where propaganda is manufactured), I was thereafter no longer surprised.
Worth it Samsung! Its your karma cause you flooding market with low specs and bad UX (Lagging) before!
I still will go for the Note. currently using Note5. Love the Note7 except for the curve screen. Great performance great features great hardware great UI great design. Trust me, most of the people hate it because they never even use a Note 3,4 or 5 before.
Google can control android, maybe they sent a tricky update on Galaxy Note 7 to open the pixel way..
Still with note 4 too and not intrested to change and feeling lucky with it because in my opinion it's still the last "good" note . So keep push with software updates for us Samsung, don't let us down.
I would definitely buy a Samsung again. Honestly, if Samsung had put up an offer of providing a voucher for replacement of the Note 7 to a S8 whenever it released, I am sure that a number of people would have snapped this. Samsung has proved in this entire episode that it is a committed and above-board organisation. Never before in the smartphone business have I ever seen that an issue like this was handled in such a professional manner even if it meant wiping off billions of dollars off the company's balance sheet.
I am still using 2 sets of Note 4, presently no other mobile interested. If Samsung produce flagship new model with flat screen and removable battery, I will replace the note 4!

US customers are biased towards US companies. Why not ask people from other countries and see what they think?
I don't understand how people think. Samsung has been the best in mobile market. They always innovate and bring those features in their phones. So we have a fair view towards samsung approach. Its irony that world best smart phone had to be called off because of the battery issue. However samsung I'll come back with a bang next year with the best smart phone one again.
