Thank you oneplus for saving my money. if you cant support your barely 2 year old "FLAGSHIP" smartphone which was due nougat update for last 6 months SHAME ON YOU. it only got 1 major update which is Android marshmallow. People telling oneplus 3/3T will get android O is hilarious, 3T is barely 8 months old of course it will get 8.0 it should even get 9.0. what are you talking about oneplus. sadly no more waiting for oneplus 5. Maybe when you get your shit together that time. A flagship phone with old android os and old security patch is no better than just playing games and watching videos.

I am sure, when OnePlus 6 will come, the same kind news will be for OnePlus 3/3T.
This is the problem with these Chinese companies.

so sad remember op 2 using sd 810, while sony want to bring Z3 series nougat but can't because qualcomm not recommend 800/801 using nougat.

The S6 has already Nougat but is not performing as expecting.
Xperia Z5 still has overheating issues.

So Nougat is not for them after all.

If you want updates is better to get an iDevice. Is FAR better than Android.

Laughing at you people complaining. OnePlus supported OP2 for almost two years.

They dropped software support for the OnePlus X after exactly 8 months.

That was when you should have seen what OnePlus is really about. They are no different than any other Chinese OEM.

No tears now. The writing was on the wall over a year ago. Shame on you for sticking with them and getting burned.

This does nothing but hurt OnePlus in the long run. Nobody will want to buy them because their phones will have no resale value.

Anonymous, 12 Jun 2017why is oneplus so popular They are very effective in their sponsorship, just look at the top 3rd-party ROM community (xda) and see who always has a (sponsored) article in the right column.

OnePlus has lost a sincere customer for the time being until they mend their ways...And I don't see them doing that with OnePlus 5 and Oppo R11 being the same device expertnally which in turn is a copy of the iPhone 7... will wait to see what they do for the OnePlus 5T or OP 6... !!

Meh, it was a mediocre downgrade compared to my OnePlus One, which I'm still using till today. Once Xposed for Nougat becomes available, I'll proudly go custom ROM for Nougat.

Picked up another phone in the interim as I got tired of waiting, never did get an invite. Invite system is such bs . Now this not updating phones thing makes me happy I didn't get one
