UHQ is only upscaler, while sammy devices still retain only 16bit aptX wireless sound transmission.
LG G5 has aptX HD support tho, but aptX HD uses only upto 570kbps (double), adding bits to lower sound to noise ratio...
...while LDAC uses 990kbps BT transmission (triple) with full file compression and decompression.

Samsung has UHQ audio that upscale music quality to the 24 bit audio, works on wired ... moreupscale mp3, yeah, but the inherent problem of bluetooth is low bitrate, so there is no or little difference in quality by the time it reaches your bluetooth headphones, it's like upscaling VCD quality to bluray, if the bit rate is low, you won't get decent results
but ldac is 3 times the bitrate of bluetooth, so you get uncompressed, true audiophile HD audio as if there is no difference between ( or very little precieved) difference between wireless and wired in quality, thus, best of both worlds, but ldac headphones/receivers are not cheap so far
Saul Marantz ( the hifi brand) , once said "pure hifi is more about purity and faithful reproduction of music, where nothing is added or taken away"

Guys.. think about it. Z5P 4K screen only run at 1080p.
They also cancelled their first 2K phone, Z4V.
Why? There is no logical explanation, except this. 'They cant tweak the UI'. Their Z4V 2K screen also run at 1080P. So they cancelled it and opted 4K screen, 2K run at FHD is embarassing, 4K screen runs at FHD will be just okay, they can make battery life as the reason.
So, its only bcz their poor software skill. It sound almost impossible, right? But.. Thats the truth. I have many proofs.

So your wallet won'... moreThe Z5P is still a 4K screen phone and its implementation is what I call clever, otherwise a power bank will be an essential carry around. All said and done, I simply do not see myself dumbing down from the Z series to the X Performance. Sorry Sony but this is a fail and a pass from me. Everyone else is entitled to their view, of course.

I mean most people don't even bother reading long comments, if you write like a 2007 14 year old on top of that pretty much no one will read it, and those who do will rather respond to the way you write instead of your opinions. It'd probably take you about 10 seconds longer to write things properly. Just do it. This doesn't make you look cool, it just makes you look bad. At least that's my opinion, not that anyone asked about it. Some constructive criticism, I hope.

AnonD-442781, 01 Jun 2016Only from the back. When it turns around you'd see how fat and clunky the bezels are.What's the big deal everyone makes about the bezels ? Bezels are imp to hold phones properly. I have z3 compact with small bezels. As a result my fingers often cover camera while holding phone horizontally & then I have to readjust. My playing games too, my palm brushes notification area due to small bezels. So bezels are imp to hold phones properly especially when they are getting so slim these dayz.
